    Abstract: A wireless device receives a downlink control information comprising: a first field indicating a number of scheduled time intervals; a modulation and coding scheme field; a transmit power control field; and a listen before talk (LBT) field indicating timing information for performing an LBT procedure. The LBT procedure for transmission in the number of scheduled time intervals is performed based on the timing information. A transmission power of each time interval in the number of scheduled time intervals is determined based on a same closed loop adjustment factor and the transmit power control field, wherein the transmission power of each time interval of the number of scheduled time intervals is adjusted in response to a total transmit power for a respective time interval exceeding a power value. The wireless device transmits, in each time interval of number of scheduled time intervals, employing the modulation and coding scheme field.

With this solution, a relay terminal can trigger switching of a remote terminal from an indirect connection path to a direct connection path, to adapt to a relay scenario more flexibly.

Each branch CMTS node in a distributed CMTS supports a complete CMTS system and with full-spectrum ports. One or more MAC domains are defined at each branch CMTS node. A MAC domain defined at a branch CMTS node includes only service flows of the CMs that are connected to the branch CMTS node. Identifiers of service flows coming from a branch CMTS node are always unique, i.e., two different service flows of the branch CMTS would always have different SIDs, even if they belong to different MAC domains. On the other hand, service flows belonging to different branch CMTS nodes are free to reuse the same identifiers.

In a further aspect, the user equipment can receive an index indication corresponding to an index from the set of multiple indices from the base station.
