Abstract: A mobile terminal and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. The mobile terminal includes a display and a controller configured to display at least one piece of video content on the display, to extract at least one text from at least one of an image and sound included in at least a portion of the video content and to display the at least one text on at least one specific position of the display, wherein the at least one specific position is related to at least one point of the video content, from which the at least one text is extracted. According to the present invention, video content can be manipulated more conveniently by displaying images and sound included in the video content as text.

Abstract: A method and corresponding apparatus provided for automatically re-formatting and adjusting elements of a wizard facility displayed a user device. The elements can be adjusted based on the type of device being used and space available to display the wizard facility. Information related to each step of the wizard facility can be displayed to the user in different display areas. Each displayed area relates to a specific step, i.e., a completed step, the current step, or a future step and includes visual representations, which can allow the user to interact with the displayed information. Additionally, an interactive progress bar can be displayed that visually represents the user's progress of the wizard facility. The method and apparatus can automatically re-format and adjust the visual elements of the progress bar depending on the type of device being used and the available space to display the progress bar.

The method includes collating usage information of at least one data source in the first electronic device, categorizing the collated usage information into one or more knowledge clusters, forming a knowledge graph using the one or more knowledge clusters, and dynamically modifying the at least one element of the UI based on the knowledge graph.

Abstract: A system for presenting help information relating to a user of a computer program based on context of the computer program is provided. The system receives an indication of a generic request and identifies the context of the computer program at the time of the request. The context may include information that is currently being displayed by the computer program and metadata relating to the user and the computer program. The system selects help information based on the context such that the selected help information varies based on information that is currently being displayed and the metadata. The system then presents the help information to the user.

Abstract: Synchronized multi-media annotations for shared video content is provided. According to embodiments, viewers of video content may be enabled to create multimedia annotations such as simple text comments, short videos, audio snippets, links to websites or other online content, etc., and associate the annotations with certain points or sections in the source video. When a user “shares” these annotations with a community of friends, the friends can then watch the source video and simultaneously view and/or listen to the comments their friend(s) have made. Friends may respond back with their own annotations, and again share those out to the group of friends. Later, users who have previously left comments may be able to go back and see other users' comments/annotations.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus and/or a system of amplification of a social object through automatic republishing of the social object on curated content pages based on relevancy is disclosed. A curated content system involves associating a social media account of a user of a third-party service to the curated content system based on an authentication of the social media account through the curated content system. The curated content system may also involve determining that a social object placed in the third-party service is associated with a page in the curated content system based on a relevancy match between an identification data associated with the social object with at least a portion of a content of the page. Further, the curated content system involves automatically republishing the social object adjacent to at least the portion of the content of the page using a processor to amplify an influence of the social object.

Abstract: The present invention is directed in general to imaging technologies and more particularly to medical imaging and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) having an image display wherein system features and functions are provided to a user via active overlays located over displayed images. A system and method are provided to imbed an ability to interact with an image by activating traditional annotations that are displayed in conjunction with an image in a PACS. Users are able to access program functionalities in an improved, quicker, accurate and more intuitive means. More specifically, the present invention relates to providing the capability to customize multiple context menus, and flatten the command hierarchy of an imaging system. The present invention also provides the ability to “overload” current text and graphic annotations that are already displayed within an image of interest.

Abstract: A method and system, are provided herein, for automatic selection of one or more items (e.g., files, emails, etc.) in a user interface, based upon selection data received from a user (hard labels) and possibly also predicted (soft) labels (e.g., from a label prediction algorithm) based on behavior data associated with the selections. More particularly, a user selects and deselects items as positive and negative examples that are used as explicit labels to form an item selection list. The explicit labels are used possibly along with additional, predicted labels to create a list of generated items the user may want to select. This list is returned to the user interface as automatically selected items. In one example, the selection list may be iteratively updated upon receiving subsequent user selection data (e.g., user may select items incorrectly selected) by determining alternative items that the user may be interested in selecting.

The central report generator is adapted to produce multiple types of inspection report template. The central report generator is adapted to select a type of inspection report template to provide to a data collection device based upon various criteria. The central report generator is adapted to receive electronic information from various databases and format the information such that the information can be used in inspection reports. While inspecting an item, an inspector uses a data collection device to access an inspection report template and fill in fields of the inspection report template. The data collection device can be configured to check the consistency of information carried in fields of the inspection report and signal the inspector when some of the information is inconsistent. The central report generator can include a repository of completed inspection reports.

If the cursor is in proximity to the first icon, the application identifies one or more additional related icons, which are currently displayed and are included in a same pre-defined toolbar icon group as the first icon, and displays a graphical border that surrounds the first icon and the related icons. If the related icons are not adjacent to each other, multiple separate borders are displayed. The application displays a first identification tab in close proximity to the border. The first tab includes a toolbar group name and an icon name of the first icon. The application may also display a second tab that includes descriptive properties of the first icon.

In response to receiving a request from the user to toggle the user interface between a user interface containing an original pull down menu and a user interface containing a modified pull down menu, the user interface is presented with the first pull down menu wherein the first pull down menu is the modified pull down menu. A user request associated with a feature presented in the first pull down menu is monitored. Values associated with requests received from a user are stored in a set of usage information. The first pull down menu is modified using the set of usage information to form a second pull down menu. The user interface containing the second pull down menu is presented to the user.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and a method for creating, editing, reusing and presenting of scenarios. The scenario may comprise events, where each event nay comprise instance and/or class components. The system may comprise a processor and a GUI that is object oriented. The GUI may allow a user to graphically edit, create and define operations upon scenarios, events and events' components; and static and dynamic presentations of the scenario, the events that are associated with the scenario and the events' components. The processor may enable translating the graphical operations into programming code to be executed by a computer. The system may enable a multiplicity of users to reuse and customize template scenarios where upon downloading a template scenario the system may replace all the instance components with their associated class components.
