Abstract: Techniques for mapping size information associated with a client to target brands, garments, sizes, shapes, and styles for which there is no standardized correlation. The size information associated with a client may be generated by modeling client garments, accessing computer aided drawing (CAD) files associated with client garments, or by analyzing a history of garment purchases associated with the client. Information for target garments may be generated in a similar fashion. A system may then create a standardized scale with a set of sizes for a target, and map a client base size to that standardized size scale. Similar matching and mapping may also be done with shape and style considerations. A recommendation based on the mapping may then be communicated to the client.

Abstract: Utilities (e.g., systems, methods, etc.) for facilitating a bilateral bidding process between buyers and sellers of items (services, products, bundles, etc.) to allow buyers to obtain lower prices on the items through crowd bidding while simultaneously allowing sellers to essentially offset such lower prices on the items through increased sales volume of the items. Specifically, the disclosed utilities may make use of a network-based ecommerce system or platform that provides sellers of items access to real-time buyer demand and the optimum price that a plurality of buyers (e.g., customers) are willing to pay that yields increased profits. The disclosed platform also benefits buyers in cases when multiple sellers compete for the then current plurality of buyer demand resulting in a reduced price for the item based on the then real-time demand.

Abstract: At least one database is organized as a plurality of records, wherein each record contains information associated with one individual person, and a portion of the information is customizable into at least one dynamically productizable dataset. When a request for a plurality of productized datasets is received, and when the request defines fields common to each of the plurality of productized information sets, the database is searched to find records that match the defined fields of the request. Information is retrieved from at least some of the found records that match the defined fields, and at least some of the retrieved information is formed into the plurality of productized datasets. The plurality of productized datasets is communicated to a source of the request.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for quickly and efficiently resolving customer service issues associated with online shopping. When a customer requiring assistance contacts a customer service agent, the agent may use the customer's identification information to search for the customer's account. After locating the customer's active shopping cart or the customer account, the agent may open a session to view and edit the customer's shopping cart information, order information or account information. The agent may use the one or more administrative options available to the agent and unavailable to the customer to make changes to the customer account as needed. After making changes to the customer account, the agent may direct the customer to refresh their customer account in order to get updated with the changes made by the agent, thus resolving the customer's issues quickly and efficiently.

An exemplary method may include receiving by a customer device associated with a customer, customer data including customer preference data. The method may also include determining a customer order for the identified merchant based on the customer preference data. Further, the method may include transmitting a notification to a merchant device associated with the identified merchant, the notification including the determined customer order.

A first third-party application program that was developed by a first entity receives a first request to purchase a first product for use within the first third-party application program. In response to receiving the first request, a purchasing user interface is customized to include first details that are specific to the first product. The purchasing user interface that includes the first details is displayed. A second request to purchase a second product for use within the second third-party application program is received from a second third-party application program that was developed by a second entity. In response to receiving the second request, the purchasing user interface is customized to include second details that are specific to the second product. The purchasing user interface that includes the second details is displayed.

Abstract: An electronic system and method for online searching by a customer for currently available service providers in their geographical area for a specific needed service. The system is programmed to permit service providers to input into the system that they are currently available to provide service. The system can also permit the service provider to also enter later times that they will also be available to provide their services. The system is programmed to preferably only list service providers who are available to provide the desired service at the time requested by the customer as opposed to listing all service providers who can provide the requested service that are registered with the electronic system.

Abstract: A search application can return results including items listings posted to a website. An item listing can be posted to the website in a first format for a first time period and posted to the website in a second format for a second period of time. Responsive to a query for an item, results can be displayed in both the first format and the second format in a user interface.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for making content-based recommendations using a user profile likelihood model. In one embodiment, a system is introduced that includes a plurality of models and storage units for storing, managing, and transforming product and user profile data. The system can also include a recommendation engine designed to determine a probability that a product is relevant to a user based on a user profile. In another embodiment, the probability that a product is relevant to a user may be determined based in part on a frequency of interactions with a product and a time of interaction with the products.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein provide a geo-targeted online reservation system that ensures authenticity of customer devices requesting reservations by generating reservations only if threshold authentication conditions are satisfied. For example, a computing device registered with a server system receives inputs for requesting a reservation of a limited release product and for configuring the product. To authenticate the computing device, the server device transmits an electronic message to the computing device requesting the computing device to respond. A response to the message is one threshold authentication condition for generating the reservation. Upon determining that one or more threshold authentication conditions are satisfied, the server device generates a reservation for the product.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are disclosed for facilitating dynamically-priced offer data between a restaurant and a consumer, the data reflecting dynamically-priced offers which are contingent upon the consumer first honoring in full their contractual promises to the restaurant before the restaurant is bound to honor its ‘side’ of the deal. In an embodiment, the method and system enables a consumer to specify, in advance, a minimum amount of money the consumer contractually binds themselves to spend at a restaurant as well as the specific hour of the day of a specific day of the week of a specific week of the year the consumer promises to arrive at the restaurant or expects delivery of an order from a restaurant, in return for more of the goods or services the restaurant contractually, but contingently binds themselves to provide the consumer.

Abstract: Example embodiments described herein disclose a specially configured device to receive and recognize enhanced user interactions through a graphical user interface. A user device may accordingly receive and display a set of search results, detect a user input entered via a touch-input device related to a single item from among the set of search results, determine a pressure exerted upon the touch-input device corresponding to the user input, and based on at least the pressure of the user input, select and execute an appropriate commerce action.

Abstract: Techniques for providing a seamless user experience across electronic and physical retail stores of a retailer include storing, locally with a session corresponding to a user's visit to the retailer's electronic store, indications of items that were viewed and/or focused on by the user at the electronic store. At least some of said indications may be transferred to a centralized data storage of the retailer for persistence after the session is terminated. Subsequently, an electronic device operated by the user may determine its location and determine, based on its location, a particular physical retail store of the retailer. Via communications with one or more retailer servers, items that were recently viewed by the user at the electronic store may be identified, and indications thereof may be presented on the display of the electronic device in conjunction with information corresponding to the recently viewed items at the particular physical store.

Abstract: A method of tracking a provenance of a fur or a leather skin includes providing at least one of a live animal, a fur pelt, and a leather skin, removing a DNA sample from the at least one of the live animal, the fur pelt, and the leather skin, and storing the DNA sample. The DNA sample and DNA information is stored in a DNA repository that may be securely accessed by authorized individuals through a networked device, such as a computer, smart phone, or tablet. The method further includes assigning a globally unique identifier number to the at least one of the live animal, the fur pelt, and the leather skin and storing the identifier number. The method further includes selling the at least one of the live animal, the fur pelt, and the leather skin and storing sale information and associating the sale information with at least one of the identifier number and the DNA sample.

Abstract: A method of facilitating an augmented reality experience to purchase an item at a merchant location may be provided. The method may include storing profile data, receiving location data and environmental data from a computing device associated with the stored profile data. Upon determining that the user device has entered a predefined merchant location, the method may include initiating a sequence of augmented reality modes including at least a first augmented reality mode associated with the selection of an item and a second augmented reality mode associated with the payment of the item. The user device may display virtual content in association with each mode, and upon detecting predetermined user inputs such as gestures, fixed gazes, or moving through thresholds, the system may enable the selection and payment of one or more items by sending a purchase request to a merchant terminal.

The method further includes generating first dynamic exchange item information based on static exchange item information. The method further includes generating a first verification code based on the first dynamic exchange item information and the request. The method further includes sending the first verification code to the computing device. The method further includes receiving a computer ID and a reply code. The method further includes determining whether the computer ID matches the static owner ID. When the computer ID matches the static owner ID and the reply code corresponds to the first verification code, sending the first dynamic exchange item information to the computing device. When the computer ID does not match the static owner ID or the code does not match the first verification code, deleting the first dynamic exchange item information.
