    Abstract: Techniques and technologies for an IP address management (IPAM) system to monitor the usage of IP addresses across regions in one or more networks of resources. The IPAM system may be used to allocate IP addresses to resources in networks and track what IP addresses are being used by resources or available for allocation. The IPAM system may periodically obtain usage information that indicates actual, current IP address usage by the resources in the networks, identify differences between the current IP address usage and an inventory maintained by the IPAM service, and reconcile the differences. Additionally, the IPAM system may further respond to network administrator queries about their resource and IP address usage. Further, the IPAM system may emit various utilization metrics to the network administrators which may be tied to alarms or alerts around non-compliant resources or IP addresses.

The method of preparing aluminum alloys described herein can include a low final cold reduction step and/or an optional inter-annealing step to produce randomly distributed crystallographic texture components that produce an isotropic aluminum alloy product exhibiting improved formability and deep drawability. The methods described herein result in aluminum alloy microstructures having a balance of alpha fibers and beta fibers that promote improved formability of aluminum alloy sheets. The resulting improvements in quality allow for shaping processes with reduced rates of spoilage.

    Abstract: Techniques implemented by an IP address management (IPAM) system for monitoring the usage of IP addresses in networks of computing resources and automatically notifying networking devices when IP address usage has changed. The IPAM system may create pools of IP addresses (e.g., address groups), and map those pools to prefix lists that are distributed to the networking devices. The IPAM system may monitor changes in IP address usage by resources in the networks (e.g., allocations and releases of IP addresses), update the pools that are affected by the changes, carry those changes through to the appropriate prefix lists, and propagate updated prefix lists to the networking devices (e.g., firewall devices, routing devices, etc.). In this way, the IPAM system may automatically identify and apply IP address changes to prefix lists that are used for networking operations in the networks.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to methods and systems for determining the power load disaggregation profile of a building. Most of the conventional techniques are algorithmic centric, specific to certain scenarios and does not employ the low-sampling rate data due to the complexity involved. Present disclosure determines the power load disaggregation profile of the building using the low-sampling rate power consumption data accurately. According to the present disclosure, firstly, the background power loads are detected and removed from the low-sampled data samples. Next, a robust event detection mechanism is employed to detect the events when the change in the power consumption occurred, and such events are paired using the iterative pairing technique. Further, a set of event clusters are formed using the density-based clustering technique and lastly, each of the set of event clusters are classified with each appliance type using a rule-based classification technique.

    Abstract: A continuous casting and rolling line for casting, rolling, and otherwise preparing metal strip can produce distributable metal strip without requiring cold rolling or the use of a solution heat treatment line. A metal strip can be continuously cast from a continuous casting device and coiled into a metal coil, optionally after being subjected to post-casting quenching. This intermediate coil can be stored until ready for hot rolling. The as-cast metal strip can undergo reheating prior to hot rolling, either during coil storage or immediately prior to hot rolling. The heated metal strip can be cooled to a rolling temperature and hot rolled through one or more roll stands. The rolled metal strip can optionally be reheated and quenched prior to coiling for delivery. This final coiled metal strip can be of the desired gauge and have the desired physical characteristics for distribution to a manufacturing facility.
