    Abstract: An interleaved flyback converter device with leakage energy recycling includes: two flyback converters and an input power. Each flyback converter includes a capacitor, a switch, two diodes, and a transformer. The input power is connected to the capacitors of the two flyback converters respectively. By using the capacitors as input voltage, the two flyback converters are provided with lower voltage rating. The diodes are used to recycle leakage energy directly, and to clamp voltage on power components. Therefore, in addition to enhancing efficiency via recycling leakage energy, the two flyback converters have lower switching losses due to lower switching voltage.

    Abstract: The symbolization of a semiconductor device (100) is incorporated in a thin sheet (130) attached to the top of the device, facing outwardly with its bare surface. A preferred embodiment of the invention is a packaged device with a semiconductor chip a (101) connected to a substrate (102); the connection is achieved by bonding wires (111) forming an arch with a top 111a. The chip, the wire arches, and the substrate are embedded in an encapsulation material (120), which borders on the attached top sheet so that the arch tops touch the border (131).

Insertion of a detachment tool via an opening in the casing and the detachment hole to abut against the second coupling element results in inward bending of the second coupling element with respect to the first coupling element, thereby disengaging the second coupling element from the first coupling element, hence the first casing half disengages from the second casing half.

The oxide and/or nitride layers are removed from the covered areas and another metal layer is deposited. The anneal process is repeated with silicide of one thickness formed over the second exposed areas with additional thickness of silicide formed over the previous silicide thickness.

After determining the presence of a fall state, the state-determining unit will output a fall instruction and which causes the central processing unit to enter a low current mode; meanwhile, the power supply switching unit monitors power output and continues to supply low-potential power. In case of a fall of the hand-held electronic device, the device and method protect operation data and reduce the otherwise power-consuming current. The less power-consuming current is conducive to the reduction of capacitance required for a backup battery. The low current mode is effective in reducing the time taken to recover the operation mode of the electronic device.
