    Abstract: A circulator comprises a circulating body and an extending rib. The circulating body is formed with an arc-shaped circulating passage.     Abstract: A localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) sensing system with particles arranged in anisotropic periodic manner is revealed. The anisotropy of the nanoparticle array spectrally splits the phase spectra of two perpendicular polarizations thus inducing a phase difference between the two polarizations. An apparatus of ellipsometry is used to measure the phase difference. The simulated results demonstrate that the full width at the half maximum of the spectrum of phase difference is much narrower than the spectrum of transmittance.

    Abstract: A ball screw assembly has a screw shaft, a nut, a plurality of balls, and two end caps. The screw shaft has a spiral rolling groove formed on an outer surface thereof. The nut has a spiral load rolling groove formed on an inner surface thereof. The screw shaft passes through the nut, and the rolling groove aligns with the load rolling groove, and the rolling groove and the load rolling groove jointly define a raceway. The balls are disposed between the rolling groove of the screw shaft and the load rolling groove of the nut. The end caps respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the nut. The screw shaft passes through the end caps, one end surface of each end cap is exposed from the nut, and each one of the end surfaces has a plurality of dust discharge outlets formed thereon.

    Abstract: A multi-point temperature sensing method for integrated circuit chips and a system of the same are revealed. The system includes at least one slave temperature sensor embedded at preset positions for measuring temperature of a block and a master temperature sensor embedded in an integrated circuit chip and electrically connected to each slave temperature sensor. Variations of the slave temperature sensor induced by variations of process, voltage and temperature are corrected by the master temperature sensor. Thus the area the temperature sensors required on the integrated circuit chip is dramatically reduced and the stability of the temperature control system is improved. The problem of conventional System-on-a-Chip that only a limited number of temperature sensors could be used due to the area they occupied can be solved.
