Abstract: Provided, in an aspect, is a method for performing an online transaction using a graphical construct. The method can include receiving, by a client device, inputs to generate the graphical construct; transmitting to a server in communication with the client device, a request to generate the graphical construct; receiving, by the client device, the generated graphical construct and a summary information from the server; displaying, through a user interface of the client device, a summary screen including the generated graphical construct and the summary information; embedding, by the client device, the generated graphical construct on a third-party application running on the client device; sending, by the client device, a transaction request to perform the online transaction using the generated graphical construct; and presenting for display, through the user interface of the client device, a notification including a status of the online transaction.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments accelerate web form completion based on email address analytics. An email address can be input with respect to a web form and identified. The email address can be parsed into a username and a domain name and analyzed. A value of a web form field can be determined based on data extracted from the username, domain name, or both. The determined value can then be employed to automatically complete a corresponding web form field Values for additional fields can be computed based on the determined value alone or combined with data from other sources. User input and interaction with a web form can be monitored and used as a basis to dynamically complete additional fields, alter fields, or clear field values.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for group bill payment comprising creating a secure group bill payment account associated with a plurality of group members. The group bill payment account may be configured to receive information via a network from the plurality of group members; permit a group member to manage the group bill payment account following an authentication process; and transmit a group payment to a provider. Systems and methods may further comprise receiving instructions from a group member to create a rule for requesting payment, the bill being from a provider and associated with group members; receiving the bill issued by the provider; determining a charge based on the bill and the rule; sending a payment request based on the charge; receiving a deposit into the group bill payment account; transmitting a group payment; and sending a notification.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed including receiving an electronic access request to add a secondary electronic profile of a secondary user to a primary electronic profile of a primary user. A processor generates and sends a first security challenge to the primary user and a secondary security challenge to the secondary user. The processor receives a response from the primary user in response to the first security challenge and a response from the secondary user in response to the secondary security challenge. The processor authenticates the electronic access request based on the first response being a valid response and the secondary response being a valid response. The processor generates the secondary electronic profile as a nested profile within the primary electronic profile. The processor instructs the primary user device or the secondary user device to display a confirmation of the secondary user being added to the primary electronic profile.

Abstract: In some implementations, a server may receive, from a first user device, a request to use an encrypted representation of a digital representation of a physical identifier (ID) associated with the user. Accordingly, the server may transmit, to a second user device, a prompt associated with validation of the request, and may receive, from the second user device, a response to the prompt. The server may validate the request using the response to the prompt. The server may transmit, to a first remote server, at least a first portion of the encrypted representation with a request to perform a first action associated with the user. The server may additionally transmit, to a second remote server, at least a second portion of the encrypted representation with a request to perform a second action associated with the user.

Abstract: A user assistance device aids validation of transactions on payment terminals. A payment terminal that accepts a payment card at a point of sale can be detected. A transaction amount for validation can be determined from the payment terminal. Subsequently, audio of the transaction amount can be generated. Playing of the audio on a user assistance device can then be triggered, allowing a user to hear the transaction amount before accepting or rejecting the transaction. Further, transaction information can be analyzed and used to suggest whether a customer should accept or reject the transaction.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for generating and displaying virtual number information using augmented reality technology. Interaction with virtual number information may be provided via an augmented reality display in relation to a payment object that is detected within a real-time view of an augmented reality application. Exemplary operations of the augmented reality application include providing a real-time view via the mobile device, processing a payment object shown via the real-time view, generating a virtual number based on processing of the payment object, and utilizing the generated virtual number.

Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable the generation and use of secure offline tokens for account activity authentication. A processor receives an activity record including activity details including an entity identifier. The processor determines a flight booking associated with the activity record when the entity identifier includes an airline, and determines flight data associated with the flight booking. The processor automatically generates an offline token associated with the user account, including account access restrictions. The account access restrictions include a token activation period that binds the offline token to a duration of the flight, and a token entity binding that binds the offline token to use with the airline for performing in-flight account activity requests. The processor automatically causes a computing device to download the offline token to enabling performing the in-flight account activity requests with the entity during the offline token activation period.

Abstract: A system and method of establishing a communication session is disclosed herein. A computing system receives, from a client device, a content item comprising text-based content. The computing system generates a mark-up version of the content item by identifying one or more characters in the text-based content and a relative location of the one or more characters in the content item. The computing system receives, from the client device, an interrogatory related to the content item. The computing system analyzes the mark-up version of the content item to identify an answer to the interrogatory. The computing system generates a response message comprising the identified answer to the interrogatory. The computing system transmits the response message to the client device.

Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive a request to facilitate a service interaction involving a user. The system may determine, based on receiving the request, a priority factor associated with facilitating the service interaction for the user. The priority factor may be determined based on account activity information associated with a user account of the user. The system may determine, based on the priority factor and service information, a priority score associated with facilitating the service interaction. The system may select, based on the priority score, a queue location of a queue. The queue may be associated with a provider system that is configured to facilitate the service interaction. The system may perform an action associated with causing the provider system to facilitate the service interaction according to the queue location.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a queue may be monitored to perform an automated adjustment related to a data item in the queue. In some embodiments, the data item may be associated with a product or service and include a code related to an access to the product or service. Based on the code, configuration information related to the product or service may be obtained. Based on a detected change related to the product or service, an indication of a set of self-support actions may be sent to a user device. One or more self-support actions (performed via the user device) may be determined, and an adjustment related to the access to the product or service may be performed based on the determined self-support actions. Abstract: Perceptive scaling of computing resources is disclosed. News sources can be analyzed to identify a future event as well as an occurrence date and type of the event. A computing resource affected by the event can be determined based on the type of event. A scaling strategy can be formulated for the computing resource, such as scaling up or out, to address resource load introduced by the event. The extent of scaling can be determined based on the predicted impact of the event on the computing resource. Subsequently, the scaling strategy can be scheduled for execution before the occurrence date. The scaling strategy can later be terminated or deactivated after the event terminates.

Abstract: In some implementations, a backend server and/or a middleman server may receive, from a front-end device, a request including an indication of a physical identifier associated with a user. The backend server and/or the middleman server may determine that the physical identifier is associated with an indication of theft. Accordingly, the backend server and/or the middleman server may transmit the indication of theft to one or more additional backend servers associated with the user.
