Abstract: A method includes displaying on a graphic user interface (GUI) of a computing device of a user, a log of computing operations performed by the user at computing terminals of entity servers respectively managed by entities. The user uses a unique authorization identifier provided by the authorizing entity to authorize the computing operations at the computing terminals of the entity servers. The user provides a fraud indication through the GUI that at least one computing operation in the log is fraudulent. Memory-jogging visual units are displayed on the GUI to the user that cause the user to recall performing the at least one computing operation identified as being fraudulent. An entry of the at least one computing operation in an operation database is marked as a valid operation authorized by the user when receiving a recognition indication and potentially fraudulent when no recognition indication by the user.

Abstract: A system and method for routing customers to an automated teller machine (ATM) is disclosed herein. A computing system receives, from a client device, a request to locate an ATM. The request includes a constraint of a desired ATM. The computing system identifies a plurality of ATMs proximate a location of the client device. The computing system pings the plurality of ATMs proximate the location of the client device to identify attributes associated with each respective ATM. The computing system receives the attributes from the plurality of ATMs proximate the location of the client device. The computing system compares the attributes from each respective ATM to historical ATM usage statistics associated with the client device. The computing system routes a user of the client device to a target ATM from the plurality of ATMs based at least partially on the historical ATM usage statistics.

Abstract: In some implementations, a front-end device may receive a physical identifier associated with the user. Accordingly, the front-end device may select a plurality of images, where each image corresponds to a unique integer of integers zero through nine. The front-end device may show, on a display, the plurality of images and receive audio that includes a sequence of words that describe a subset of the plurality of images. Accordingly, the front-end device may map the sequence of words to the subset of the plurality of images and determine a first sequence of numbers corresponding to the subset of the plurality of images. Therefore, the front-end device may authenticate the user based on the first sequence of numbers matching a second sequence of numbers associated with the user.

Abstract: In some implementations, a user device may receive a set of words, for conversion to speech, including a plurality of subsets of the set of words, where each subset of the plurality of subsets is associated with one or more corresponding formatting properties. The user device may identify, within the set of words, a first subset of the plurality of subsets as relevant based on the one or more corresponding formatting properties associated with the first subset. Additionally, the user device may identify, within the set of words, a second subset of the plurality of subsets as not relevant based on the one or more corresponding formatting properties associated with the second subset. Accordingly, the user device may input the first subset to a text-to-speech algorithm.

Abstract: A system for storing an object includes a card reader configured to receive a card from a user and to determine an identity of the user based on information on the card. The system also includes a secure storage area configured to store a plurality of physical boxes. The plurality of physical boxes includes a first physical box that is assigned to the user. The first physical box is configured to be dispensed from the secure storage area to the user outside of the secure storage area in response to the user requesting to physically receive the first physical box. Dispensing the first physical box includes moving the first physical box along a predetermined path in the secure storage area and presenting the first physical box for removal from the secure storage area.

Abstract: Techniques to pre-authenticate an identity for an electronic account are described and claimed by the present disclosure. The electronic account may enforce a multi-factor authentication procedure that involves a number of steps. In addition to the electronic account, a user may have other accounts requiring authentications. Successful authentications with respect to those other accounts may provide evidence of the user's identity. If sufficient evidence is present, one or more steps of the multi-factor authentication procedure may be bypassed. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: A device receives recording data, for a recording of a user associated with an account, that captures the user describing a transaction. The device processes the recording data to identify one or more characteristics of an individual that described the transaction in the recording. The device determines, based on the one or more characteristics of the individual, whether the individual that described the transaction in the recording is the user associated with the account. The device causes the recording data to be stored in association with transaction data that identifies a list of transactions that are associated with the account of the user, wherein causing the recording data to be stored in association with the transaction data allows the recording to be made accessible to the user via an interface of an application used to manage the account.

Abstract: Systems and methods to provide transaction-related insight information for an establishment. In some aspects of the present disclosure, a digital image captured at a location of a user can be received. The digital image can be analyzed to identify an establishment. Transaction data between customers and the establishment can be retrieved. Transaction-related insight information about the establishment can be generated based on the data. The transaction-related insight information can be provided to the user.

Abstract: A browser extension may insert code into a document used to generate a web page. For example, the browser extension may detect that the web page is associated with an entity that is associated with one or more delivery estimates. The browser extension may transmit web page information that identifies the entity associated with the web page and/or a date threshold determined based on user input provided to or stored by the browser extension. The browser extension may receive presentation information that identifies a plurality of delivery estimates for a plurality of entities based on transmitting the web page information. The browser extension may insert the code into the document used to generate the web page based on the presentation information. The code may cause an estimated delivery date and/or an indication of whether the date threshold can be satisfied to be provided for display via the web page.

Abstract: Perceptive scaling of computing resources is disclosed. News sources can be analyzed to identify a future event as well as an occurrence date and type of the event. A computing resource affected by the event can be determined based on the type of event. A scaling strategy can be formulated for the computing resource, such as scaling up or out, to address resource load introduced by the event. The extent of scaling can be determined based on the predicted impact of the event on the computing resource. Subsequently, the scaling strategy can be scheduled for execution before the occurrence date. The scaling strategy can later be terminated or deactivated after the event terminates.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include systems and methods for improving the accuracy of online banking systems. In various embodiments, the system includes a user device capturing receipt information from one or more e-commerce application and a server device for associating captured receipt information with transaction data. The system may include a browser extension for facilitating automatic capture of receipt information and a matching module for associating receipt information with transaction data. In various embodiments, transactions displayed in transaction statements within an online banking application are augmented with item level data including product name, price, and vendor for each product included in a transaction.

Abstract: A device may receive, from a payment processor server device, a transaction card number and a network address of a client device, wherein the transaction card number and the client device are associated with a customer attempting to conduct an online transaction with a merchant via a merchant server device. The device may process the transaction card number and the network address, with a machine learning model, to determine whether to approve or deny the online transaction. The device may selectively provide, to the client device and the merchant server device, data indicating that the online transaction is approved when the machine learning model determines to approve the online transaction, or provide, to the client device and the merchant server device, data indicating that the online transaction is denied when the machine learning model determines to deny the online transaction.

Abstract: In some implementations, a backend server and/or a middleman server may receive, from a front-end device, a request including an indication of a physical identifier associated with a user. The backend server and/or the middleman server may determine that the physical identifier is associated with an indication of theft. Accordingly, the backend server and/or the middleman server may transmit the indication of theft to one or more additional backend servers associated with the user. Additionally, the backend server and/or the middleman server may transmit, to a user device, a coded message indicating theft, where the coded message is sent using a communication method consistent with a setting associated with the user. Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to techniques for segmenting one transaction into multiple sub-transactions. A user may wish to purchase multiple items. The overall purchase request may be segmented into multiple sub-transactions based on a transaction category of each item. Transaction categories may be based on merchant category codes (MCCs). Each sub-transaction may include one or more items related to the same transaction category. Each sub-transaction may be underwritten and approved separately by the merchant and/or a financial institution (e.g., a credit card company). Financial information related to each different transaction category may be determined based on the sub-transactions. Reward offers may be provided in a more robust manner based on the different transaction categories determined during the purchase process.

Abstract: In some implementations, a processing device may receive, from an optical sensor, a plurality of frames encoding images of an environment of a door. The processing device may estimate, using the plurality of frames, a direction and a speed associated with at least one person included in the plurality of frames. Accordingly, the processing device may transmit a command to a controller associated with the door based on the direction and the speed.

Abstract: Described is an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), and related systems (and methods), that allows for applications (or “Apps”) to be accessed on the ATM. The system allows for a third-party application to be verified and installed on ATMs to provide users with additional services. The application may access peripherals of the ATM via an Application Programming Interface (API) provided as part of a Software Development Kit (SDK). Accordingly, the system may provide a secure mechanism for ATM providers to provide users with the benefits of accessing third-party applications. Moreover, these applications may leverage specialized ATM peripherals and provide functionality that may not otherwise be available on other types of devices.

Abstract: A first device may receive, from a second device, a request to approve a transaction wherein the request includes transaction data related to the transaction and an image of a signature of an individual that submitted the request. The first device may determine, after receiving the request, a priority level associated with the transaction based on the transaction data. The first device may process the image of the signature using a computer vision technique and/or a vector-based technique. The first device may select, from a memory storing a plurality of comparator signatures, a comparator signature for the signature based on the priority level. The first device may use the comparator signature to verify the signature to approve or deny the transaction. The first device may perform a comparison of the comparator signature and the signature in the image after processing the image and selecting the comparator signature.

Embodiments may include using a payment server informed by a client device application to manage and/or apply fraud rules for transactions. In embodiments, fraud rules may be managed based on location data provided by a client device application and/or location data associated with at least one transaction system. In some embodiments, fraud rules may be managed based on location data provided by multiple client device applications and/or location data associated with at least one transaction system. The group bill payment account may be configured to receive information via a network from the plurality of group members; permit a group member to manage the group bill payment account following an authentication process; and transmit a group payment to a provider. Systems and methods may further comprise receiving instructions from a group member to create a rule for requesting payment, the bill being from a provider and associated with group members; receiving the bill issued by the provider; determining a charge based on the bill and the rule; sending a payment request based on the charge; receiving a deposit into the group bill payment account; transmitting a group payment; and sending a notification.
