  • Publication number: 20240126606
Abstract: Data that is to be processed by a particular service executed by a first edge computing device in an application, is analyzed to determine characteristics of the data. An opportunity to replicate the particular service on a plurality of edge computing devices is determined based on characteristics of the data. A second edge computing device is determined to be available to execute a replicated instance of the particular service. Replication of the particular service is initiated on a plurality of edge computing devices including the second edge computing device. An output of an instance of the particular service executed on the first edge computing device and an output of the replicated instance of the particular service executed on the second edge computing device are combined to form a single output for the particular service.

  • Publication number: 20240118800
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for providing a graphical user interface (“GUI”) for migrating workloads in a system. The GUI can display the locations of edge devices in the system and workloads running on the edge devices. A user can drag a workload from one edge device to another in the GUI, and in response the system can schedule the workload to be migrated accordingly. Before the migration is performed, the GUI can calculate a change in computing resource usage at both edge devices. The GUI can display the usage data and prompt the user to confirm the migration. If the user confirms, the workload can be deployed at the target edge device and removed from the source edge device.

  • Patent number: 11928239
Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments for a sensitive data management system. An embodiment operates by receiving an HTTP request for an interface. A plurality of tiles, including both tiles associated with sensitive data and non-sensitive data, are identified for display on the interface. An access profile associated with providing access to the sensitive data is identified, the access profile including one or more requirements, associated with the HTTP request. Request information in the HTTP request corresponding to the one or more requirements of the access profile is identified. The identified request information is compared to the one more requirements of the access profile. A determination is made whether the identified request information satisfies the one more requirements of the access profile based on the comparing. At least one of: the second tile or the first tile and the second tile are provided for display on the interface based on the determination.

Abstract: Machine assisted systems and methods for enhancing the resolution of an IC thermal profile from a system analysis are described. The methods can include generating a representation of two or more templates identifying different portions of an integrated circuit (IC); performing a thermal simulation for each respective template of the IC based on a sequence of power patterns of tiles of the respective template; and training a neural network with a plurality of training data collected via thermal simulations performed for the templates of the IC. These systems and methods can use a machine learning predictor, that has been trained to determine a transient temperature rise across an entire IC, and then append the determined transient temperature rise to a system level thermal profile of the IC.

  • Patent number: 11887216
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems and methods for image processing. Embodiments of the present disclosure include an image processing apparatus configured to generate modified images (e.g., synthetic faces) by conditionally changing attributes or landmarks of an input image. A machine learning model of the image processing apparatus encodes the input image to obtain a joint conditional vector that represents attributes and landmarks of the input image in a vector space. The joint conditional vector is then modified, according to the techniques described herein, to form a latent vector used to generate a modified image. In some cases, the machine learning model is trained using a generative adversarial network (GAN) with a normalization technique, followed by joint training of a landmark embedding and attribute embedding (e.g., to reduce inference time).

  • Publication number: 20240020000
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for tuning a memory device for high-speed transitions. Upon failure of bus sampling tuning of a memory device with default tuning parameters, the host device is configured to transmit an auto-tuning request to the memory device for until one or more pre-defined conditions are satisfied. The memory device is configured to receive the auto-tuning request from the host device, selects a set of tuning parameters from a plurality of sets of tuning parameters, and transmits a tuning block to the host device based on the selected set of tuning parameters, until one or more pre-defined conditions are satisfied. Thereby, the memory device can utilize high-speed mode and high-speed transitions can be achieved between host and memory devices. Thus, initialization failure of the memory device can also be avoided.

  • Patent number: 11853348
Abstract: Multidimensional digital content search techniques are described that support an ability of a computing device to perform search with increased granularity and flexibility over conventional techniques. In one example, a control is implemented by a computing device that defines a multidimensional (e.g., two-dimensional) continuous space. Locations in the multidimensional continuous space are usable to different search criteria through different weights applied to the criteria associated with the axes. Therefore, user interaction with this control may be used to define a location and corresponding coordinates that may act as weights to the search criteria in order to perform a search of digital content through use of a single user input.

  • Publication number: 20230386114
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for detecting user interactions to edit a digital image from a client device and modify the digital image for the client device by using a web-based intermediary that modifies a latent vector of the digital image and an image modification neural network to generate a modified digital image from the modified latent vector. In response to user interaction to modify a digital image, for instance, the disclosed systems modify a latent vector extracted from the digital image to reflect the requested modification. The disclosed systems further use a latent vector stream renderer (as an intermediary device) to generate an image delta that indicates a difference between the digital image and the modified digital image. The disclosed systems then provide the image delta as part of a digital stream to a client device to quickly render the modified digital image.

  • Patent number: 11797744
Abstract: A specification for a semi-conductor chip is received. The specification specifies a set of photomasks associated with a metal layer of the semi-conductor chip. Multiple portions of an area of the metal layer are identified. A respective image is generated for each portion of the area based on the photomasks. A respective drawn density of metal wires for each portion of the area is calculated. A trained machine learning model is invoked to predict a respective silicon density of metal wires for each respective portion of the area based on an image and a drawn density for the respective portion of the area. A silicon density for the area of the metal layer is calculated based on a combination of predicted silicon densities for the multiple portions of the area. The combination is based on an average value of the predicted silicon densities for the multiple portions of the area.

  • Patent number: 11762622
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for remotely generating modified digital images utilizing an interactive image editing architecture. For example, the disclosed systems receive an image editing request for remotely editing a digital image utilizing an interactive image editing architecture. In some cases, the disclosed systems maintain, via a canvas worker container, a digital stream that reflects versions of the digital image. The disclosed systems determine, from the digital stream utilizing the canvas worker container, an image differential metric indicating a difference between a first version of the digital image and a second version of the digital image associated with the image editing request. Further, the disclosed systems provide the image differential metric to a client device for rendering the second version of the digital image to reflect a modification corresponding to the user interaction.
