  • Publication number: 20040033730
Abstract: An electrical connector box configured to prevent damage to an integrally formed nut supporting bracket from a bolt tightening load. The electrical connector box includes a nut supporting bracket into which a threaded nut is molded, a circuit bus bar, and an electrical power lead terminal connector. The circuit bus bar and terminal connector are attached to the upper surface of the nut bracket by a threaded bolt. A reinforcement bus bar is angled downward from one side of a bolt attachment surface, and extends downwardly along one side of the nut bracket between an outer wall of the nut bracket and the vertical portion of the circuit bus bar.

  • Publication number: 20040004787
Abstract: Provided is a thin film magnetic head capable of inhibiting the occurrence of track erasing and improving the reliability of magnetic recording. Two taper surfaces are disposed on both sides of a return yoke layer. As no corner portion which may induce concentration of a magnetic flux exists on the both sides of the return yoke layer, even if the magnetic flux emitted from a pole layer is returned to the return yoke layer through a hard disk, a magnetic field strength is not locally and pronouncedly concentrated in proximity to the taper surfaces of the return yoke layer. Thereby, the concentration of the magnetic flux can be prevented, and the probability of the occurrence of unnecessary recording decreases, so the occurrence of track erasing can be inhibited, and the reliability of magnetic recording can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6655967
Abstract: An electrical connector housing includes a first shell, the top face of which carries connector mounts, fuse mounts and relay mounts. It further includes a second shell, the bottom face of which carries second connector mounts. The second shell is then fitted to the first shell. The electrical connector housing contains a bus bar stack, first and second flexible printed boards and a printed board. The first and second flexible printed boards are superposed to each other in the electrical connector housing, so that the copper foil patterns contained therein can be electrically connected by welding.

  • Patent number: 6235558
Abstract: There is provided a method for stably fabricating a TFT having a GOLD structure capable of ensuring sufficiently high ON-state current and sufficiently low OFF-state current at the same time and superior in hot carrier resistance. The method includes forming a semiconductor layer of a specified configuration and then forming a gate insulator film on the semiconductor layer, forming a lightly doped region by doping the semiconductor layer with dopants at low concentration by using as a mask a dopant blocking film formed on the gate insulator film. The method further includes forming a gate electrode having a length reaching the lightly doped region after removing the dopant blocking film, forming an anodic oxide layer on each side face of the gate electrode by anodically oxidizing the gate electrode, forming a heavily doped region by doping the semiconductor layer with dopants by using as a mask the gate electrode and the anodic oxide layer, and removing the anodic oxide layer.

  • Patent number: 6062876
Abstract: An electrical connection box for an automotive vehicle is provided which reduces costs for parts by allowing only printed circuit boards with necessary electronic control circuits to be selectively mounted. The electrical connection box has a plurality of partition members 3 integrally and projectingly formed on a side surface of a casing 1, i.e. an inner surface of an accommodation space 2 at specified intervals. The respective partition members 3 extend from the upper surface to the lower surface of the casing 1 and the leading ends thereof project sideways. Printed circuit boards 4a, 4b, 4c are inserted into spaces between neighboring partition members 4a, 4b, 4c. On each of the printed circuit boards 4a, 4b, 4c are mounted a variety of electronic devices such as a relay, a diode and a capacitor constituting an electronic control circuit.

  • Patent number: 5903445
Abstract: A first description of relevant characteristic of electrical elements is applied to a portion of a box containing the elements, preferably when the box is molded. When a second description is needed in lower volume as compared to the first description, a label having the second description is adhered over the first description to provide the desired display as well as to conceal the first description.

  • Patent number: 5876255
Abstract: An electrical distribution box for a vehicle has a body defining an accommodation space, and a casing inserted into and located in the accommodation space. A plurality of first electrical terminals are mounted in the casing, having been carried into the body by the casing. Holding members on the body and the casing cooperate to hold the casing in the accommodation space, and locking members on the casing act to lock the terminals in position in the casing at least when the casing is inserted into and located in the accommodation space. Thus the terminals can be easily inserted to the correct positions, without risk of damage.

  • Patent number: 5515988
Abstract: A branch joint box includes a lower casing and an upper casing. When the upper casing is fitted into the lower casing, a locking projection formed on an inner surface of an outer peripheral wall of the lower casing rides over a locking projection formed on an outer surface of an outer peripheral wall of the upper casing so as to engage the locking projection of the upper casing to lock the upper casing to the lower casing. The branch joint box includes a pair of downwardly extending ribs respectively formed at opposite sides of the locking projection of the upper casing, which have a height identical with the height of the locking projection of the upper casing.
