  • Publication number: 20150241434
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel cancer marker for testing a morbidity risk of a cancer. The cancer marker according to the present invention is a prorenin receptor. A test method for testing a morbidity risk of a cancer according to the present invention includes measuring a prorenin receptor expression in a biological specimen obtained from a subject and further includes, for example, a step of comparing a prorenin receptor expression level in the biological specimen obtained from the subject with a reference value to test the morbidity risk of the cancer in the subject. The reference value is a prorenin receptor expression level in a biological specimen obtained from a healthy subject or a cancer patient. When the expression level in the subject is higher than that in the healthy subject or identical to or higher than that in the cancer patient, it can be evaluated that the subject has the mobility risk of the cancer.

  • Publication number: 20150166481
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing an optically active 3-aminopiperidine or salt thereof. In the method, a racemic nipecotamide is stereoselectively hydrolyzed to obtain an optically active nipecotamide and an optically active nipecotic acid in the presence of an enzyme source derived from an organism, and then the optically active nipecotamide is derived into an optically active aminopiperidine or salt thereof by aroylation, Hofmann rearrangement, deprotection of the amino group and further deprotection; or the optically active nipecotamide is derived into an optically active aminopiperidine or salt thereof by selective protection with BOC, Hofmann rearrangement and further deprotection. It is possible by the present invention to produce an optically active 3-aminopiperidine or salt thereof useful as a pharmaceutical intermediate from an inexpensive and easily available starting material by easy method applicable to industrial manufacturing.

  • Patent number: 9016843
Abstract: A determiner determines whether a total ink amount in an ink circulation passage calculated by an ink amount calculator is less than an ink circulation necessary amount being an amount necessary for circulation of ink in the ink circulation passage, when a liquid level detector detects that a liquid level of the ink in an ink tank is lower than a liquid level corresponding to an ink circulation standard amount being a standard for ink circulation. A controller performs ink supply amount control to supply the ink from an ink bottle to the ink tank in such an amount that the total ink amount is kept below the ink circulation standard amount, when the determiner determines that the total ink amount is less than the ink circulation necessary amount.

  • Publication number: 20140343289
Abstract: The problem to be solved by the present invention is to ea lily and efficiently produce an amino acid having 2 to 7 carbon atoms as a high-purity solid without complicated operation, which is useful as a synthetic intermediate for medicines or agrochemicals. The present invention is characterized in comprising a step of precipitating solid amino acid with high purity. In the present invention, the by-produced salt composed of the sulfonic acid and the amine was removed to the mother liquor by reacting an amine with a sulfonic acid salt of amino acid in an aprotic polar solvent, or by reacting a sulfonic acid with an amine salt of amino acid in an aprotic polar solvent. The sulfonic acid salt of amino acid, for example, may be produced by reacting a N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl) amino acid with a sulfonic acid, or by reacting an amino acid tert-butyl ester with a sulfonic acid.

  • Patent number: 8786885
Abstract: An image forming machine includes an image data memory, an image data mapper, and a printer. For an envelope, the image data memory stores image data to be printed on a back of the body and a face of the flap, as backside image data. Based on this data, the image data mapper generates print data including a first print data to be printed on the body back and a second print data to be printed on the flap face. The printer prints a part of the backside image data on the body back in accordance with the first print data, and a remaining part of the backside image data on the flap face in accordance with the second print data.

Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to produce an optically active 2-arylpiperazine derivative useful as a synthetic intermediate for pharmaceutical products and agricultural chemicals from inexpensive and readily available starting material by an industrially practicable method. The objective can be accomplished by treating an optically active substituted aminodiol derivative produced from an optically active styrene oxide derivative with a sulfonating agent in the presence of a base, and then reacting an amine compound to obtain the 2-arylpiperazine derivative. Especially, an optically active 1-unsubstituted-2-arylpiperazine derivative can be produced by treating an optically active 1-allyl-2-arylpiperazine derivative with water in the presence of a transition metal catalyst for deallylation.
