A motor is mounted inside the compartment of the housing and has a stator and an impeller, with the impeller rotatably coupled to the stator and further containing a hub and a plurality of blades mounted to a top of the hub. Each blade has a first end and a second end in the radial direction of the impeller opposite to each other, with the first end of each blade facing outward, and with the second ends of the plural blades defining an airflow-area.

The peripheral wall includes a wire-guiding slot in communication with the compartment. A base is coupled to the housing and includes a coil unit and a connection port electrically connected to the coil unit. The connection port faces the wire-guiding slot. A power line includes a first end connected to the connection port and a second end extending through the wire-guiding slot. An impeller includes a hub, a shaft mounted to the hub and coupled to the shaft seat, and a permanent magnet mounted to the hub. The permanent magnet faces the coil unit. The connection port is located on a reference line passing through the shaft seat and the wire-guiding slot. A distance between the connection port and the wire-guiding slot is shortened to enhance assembling convenience of the power line.

    Abstract: A motor assembling method provides a base with a shaft tube. The shaft tube has a thermoplastic positioning portion on an opening end thereof, and a shaft tube assembly is disposed into the shaft tube via the opening end. The motor assembling method further heats the thermoplastic positioning portion by a heating fixture to melt and deform the thermoplastic positioning portion until the opening end of the shaft tube has shrunk. The shaft tube assembly is held in position in the shaft tube after the thermoplastic positioning portion has cooled down and solidified. The motor assembling method further couples a stator unit with an outer circumferential wall of the shaft tube, and couples a rotor with the shaft tube.

The central control module controls the fan to operate in a silent mode or a cooling mode. The central control module controls the fan to operate in the silent mode if the central control module receives the acknowledgement signal when the detected temperature value is smaller than a temperature threshold value, else the central control module controls the fan to operate in the cooling mode.

    Abstract: A positioning device includes a shaft tube having a receptacle receiving a support member that includes first and second ends spaced along an axis. The support member further includes a through-hole extending from the first end through the second end. A bearing is received in the receptacle and includes an end facing the first end of the support member. The end of the bearing includes an inclined pressing surface aligned with a support portion formed on the first end of the support member. The pressing surface deforms the support portion when the bearing is pushed downward during assembly. The deformed support is received in a groove between the pressing surface and an inner periphery of the receptacle to offset and absorb the downward pressing force. The bearing is, thus, reliably fixed in the desired assembly position while preventing the support member from being damaged or generating noise during operation.
