The silicon steel plate unit has an inner circumferential wall forming a through-hole. The insulation sleeve unit has an engagement hole. The silicon steel plate unit and the insulation sleeve unit are stacked together. An enameled copper wire is wound around the insulation sleeve unit to form the coil unit. The engagement hole has a minimal diameter that is slightly smaller than an outer diameter of the shaft tube.
