  • Patent number: 10385448
Abstract: A processing chamber is described having a gas evacuation flow path from the center to the edge of the chamber. Purge gas is introduced at an opening around a support shaft that supports a heater plate. A shaft wall around the opening directs the purge gas along the support shaft to an evacuation plenum. Gas flows from the evacuation plenum through an opening in a second plate near the shaft wall and along the chamber bottom to an opening coupled to a vacuum source. Purge gas is also directed to the slit valve.

  • Patent number: 10389875
Abstract: A caller initiates, via a caller device, a voice call with a callee, which is received at a callee computing device. The callee computing device audibly announces the voice call, and the callee can respond to the announcement with a voice input that indicates to accept the voice call and that the voice call will be public at the callee computing device. In response, the callee computing device answers the voice call and mutes voice communication from the caller to the callee. A pre-generated message is played back to the caller via the voice call, notifying the caller that the voice call will be public at the callee computing device. After playing back the pre-generated message, the callee computing device un-mutes voice communication from the caller to the callee. The voice call then proceeds with the caller and callee being able to talk to one another.

  • Publication number: 20190252158
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to processing chamber seasoning layers having a graded composition. In one example, the seasoning layer is a boron-carbon-nitride (BCN) film. The BCN film may have a greater composition of boron at the base of the film. As the BCN film is deposited, the boron concentration may approach zero, while the relative carbon and nitrogen concentration increases. The BCN film may be deposited by initially co-flowing a boron precursor, a carbon precursor, and a nitrogen precursor. After a first period of time, the flow rate of the boron precursor may be reduced. As the flow rate of boron precursor is reduced, RF power may be applied to generate a plasma during deposition of the seasoning layer.

  • Publication number: 20190251055
Abstract: An apparatus includes physical layer circuitry with lanes to couple the apparatus to endpoint devices. a first input/output (I/O) controller to couple a first processor to the physical layer circuitry, and a second I/O controller to couple a second processor to the physical layer circuitry. The first and second I/O controllers are compatible with a Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe)-based protocol. The apparatus also includes a flexible input/output adapter (FIA) coupling the first and second I/O controllers to the lanes. The FIA selectively assigns access to each lane of the lanes by either the first or second I/O controller. The apparatus also includes a power management controller (PMC) communicably coupled to the FIA. The PMC causes the FIA to dynamically assign access to at least one of the lanes by the first or second I/O controller without a reboot cycle.

  • Publication number: 20190243953
Abstract: A computing node can execute a controller in a secure and trusted environment. The controller can cause a task to be executed on different nodes with differing computing platform software and an executable derived from a different coding language. The controller can detect anomalies in results from performance of the task using the different nodes. Any node with an anomalous result can be excluded from use and considered compromised by intrusion. The controller can also at some time interval or a pseudo-random time interval, change computing software settings and/or coding language used for applications on the node.

  • Publication number: 20190246289
Abstract: Systems and methods to form an optimized repeater network are described. A master node triggers regrouping of a plurality of repeaters in a network of a first topology by performing a number of operations. The master node transmits a discovery request to the plurality of repeaters to cause each repeater of the plurality of repeaters to conduct a scan to detect signal strengths of other repeaters of the plurality of repeaters. The master node receives information on results of the scan from each repeater of the plurality of repeaters. Based on the received information, the master node directs the plurality of repeaters to form a network of a second topology different from the first topology.

  • Patent number: 10372694
Abstract: Structured information differentiation in naming techniques are described. In one or more embodiments, first and second collections of structured information are tokenized to generate a first ordered list of tokens that correspond to the first collection of structured information and a second ordered list of tokens that correspond to the second collection of structured information. The first and second ordered list of tokens are inserted into a tree structure in order by assigning tokens from the first and second ordered lists that match in the order to a same node and assigning non-matching tokens to different nodes.

  • Publication number: 20190236642
Abstract: A technique for tracking conversion of an online offer includes tracking online and/or offline transactions. A customer accepts an offer provided by a merchant and submits his or her account information so that he or she may receive a reward for satisfying criteria associated with the offer. Transactions of the merchant are then monitored at the payment processor level to determine whether the customer satisfies the purchase criteria. Therefore, online and offline conversion can both be tracked. Further, the merchant is able to determine the overall effectiveness of advertising campaigns by analyzing the number of offers that are both accepted and satisfied.
