Then the call may be transferred by the first server to a second server with enough information so that the second server can take up the call where the first server left off. Transferring the call to the second server with enough information so that the second server can take the call up where the first server left off may comprise placing the information in a REFERRED-BY header and sending the REFERRED-BY header to the second server.

Abstract: The invention relates to a topical composition and a method for reducing or preventing occurrence of acne on the skin. It is an object of the present invention to provide for a combination of herbal extracts that interact synergistically to provide a cosmetic composition for prevention, reduction or treatment of acne. The present invention provides for a topical composition comprising (i) an extract of a first active which is Azhadirachta indica; and (ii) an extract of a second active selected from Momordica charantia or Sesamum indicum.

Abstract: Disclosed are tests, correlations and “theranostic” interventions aimed at optimizing general health through quantification of cells with regenerative potential in circulation. Some embodiments include use of circulating endothelial progenitor cell (EPC) testing as a means of quantifying general health status in a patient. The combination of EPC testing together with a naturopathic intervention, wherein the selection and dosage of said naturopathic intervention is tailored based on said quantitative test is provided. In other embodiments, regenerative cells are selected from the group comprising of very small embryonic like cells (VSEL), CD34 cells with hematopoietic potential, and circulating mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). Naturopathic interventions include recommendations of lifestyle modification, dietary supplements, intravenous vitamins, detoxification, acupuncture, and guided imagery.

Abstract: A method and system for managing electrical current within a portable computing device (“PCD”) includes assigning a priority to two or more communications supported by the PCD. A present level of a power supply for the PCD may be monitored by a communications power (“CP”) manager module. Next, the CP manager module may determine if the two or more communications may be transmitted at the present level of the power supply. If the two or more communications cannot be transmitted at the present level of the power supply, then the CP manager module may determine if a timing of at least one of the communications may be adjusted. The CP manager module may also determine a theoretical power level adjustment for at least one of the communications. The two or more communications may be transmitted with any calculated timing off sets and power level adjustments.

Optionally the outer housing may be substantially opaque to RF energy. The apparatus may further comprise an inner housing disposed at least partially within the outer housing, wherein at least a portion of the inner housing is configured to transmit RF energy. The apparatus may include at least one radiating element configured to apply RF energy to an energy application zone within the inner housing. In some embodiments the at least one radiating element is located external to the inner housing, optionally between the inner housing and the outer housing.

Abstract: Well-defined, xeno-free culture media which comprise a TGF-beta isoform or the chimera formed between IL6 and the soluble IL6 receptor (IL6RIL6), which are capable of mainataining stem cells, and particularly, human embryonic stem cells, in an undifferentiated state are provided. Also provided are cell cultures comprising the culture media and the stem cells and methods of expanding and deriving embryonic stem cells in such well-defined, xeno-free culture media. In addition, the present invention provides methods of differentiating ESCs or EBs formed therefrom for the generation of lineage specific cells.

A method of touch-based user interaction with a touch screen device includes providing a virtual mask overlaying one or more of a plurality of virtual objects on the touch screen device and defining a mask area, sensing a touch within the mask area, the touch generating a touch data signal, and applying one or more combination of interaction, graphical rendering and/or visual feedback rules to the touch data signal and graphical objects. The interaction, graphical rendering and visual feedback rules can exist individually or in combination.

Abstract: A method for determining if a mobile device is in a vehicle includes monitoring an acceleration of the mobile device for a time interval during a period of time. The method also includes calculating one or more characteristics of the acceleration of the mobile device during the time interval and comparing the one or more characteristics of the acceleration to a set of threshold values. The method further includes determining the state of the mobile device based on the comparison of the one or more characteristics of the acceleration to the set of threshold values, wherein the state of the mobile device includes an in-vehicle state, a non-vehicle state.

Abstract: A system and method of selecting a predefined Huffman dictionary from a bank of dictionaries. The dictionary selection mechanism of the present invention effectively breaks the built-in tradeoff between compression ratio and compression rate for both hardware and software compression implementations. A mechanism is provided for automatically creating a predefined Huffman dictionary for a set of input files. The dictionary selection mechanism achieves high compression rate and ratio leveraging predefined Huffman dictionaries and provides a mechanism for dynamically speculating which predefined dictionary to select per input data block, thereby achieving close to a dynamic Huffman ratio at a static Huffman rate. In addition, a feedback loop is used to monitor the ongoing performance of the preset currently selected for use by the hardware accelerator. If the current preset is not optimal it is replaced with an optimal preset.

Abstract: A method and a system are provided for deducing shadow user profile attributes for ad campaigns aimed at target users. In one example, the system extracts tagged data from source data. The tagged data includes label information associated with an actual profile for a user. The tagged data is associated with the user. The system prepares the tagged data by splitting the tagged data into datasets, including at least training data and test data. The system generates one or more individual models based on the tagged data, wherein the one or more individual models provide the ability to deduce attributes of a profile for the user. The system then generates a composite model based on the individual models. The composite model includes a combination of the individual models that are associated with the user. The system may charge a premium for ad campaigns that are aimed at target users who are each assigned one or more shadow profile attribute values.

A page creation system is disclosed for creating web pages that encourage visitors to like a particular page on a third party site. Integration details are received about a third party site. Upon selecting a particular page template, the template is displayed with incomplete sections of the page template for the user to fill in. Content is received from the user for incomplete sections to form a completed page content. A create page selection is received from the user. A blurred version of a web page is created from the completed page content. A normal version of the web page that is designed for display after the blurred version is also created. The blurred version and normal version of the web page are published to the third party site.
