With measurements, it is shown that the nano-silicon agglomerate composite negative electrode material, when being applied in lithium ion battery, has excellent battery charge-discharge cycle performances and rate capability, and it has an initial discharge capacity per gram of more than 2600 mAh/g, and an initial coulombic efficiency of no less than 85%.

    Abstract: An object interference checking technique using point sets which uses CAD models of objects and obstacles and converts the CAD models to 3D points. The 3D point locations are updated based on object motion. The 3D points are then converted to 3D grid space indices defining space occupied by any point on any object or obstacle. The 3D grid space indices are then converted to 1D indices and the 1D indices are stored as a set per object and per position. Swept volumes for an object are created by computing a union of the 1D index sets across multiple motion steps. Interference checking between objects is performed by computing an intersection of the 1D index sets for a given motion step or position. The 1D indices are converted back to 3D coordinates to define the 3D shapes of the swept volumes and interferences.

    Abstract: A machine learning system and method for optical critical dimension measurement. From a training set of spectra and references, features are extracted and subjected to regression analysis to generate predictor variables. Using feature functions, inverse feature functions, a machine-learning predictor component and masks, a machine-learning optical critical dimension explainer is generated. A wafer is analyzed by metrology tools and the machine-learning predictor component calculates a critical dimension inference from measured spectra. Theoretical spectra are then generated by the predictor component based upon a modification of the critical dimension inference. The measured spectra are compared to the theoretical spectra and the fit of the measured spectra to the theoretical spectra is evaluated for acceptance. The results of the comparison and analysis is output in human readable form.
