    Abstract: A method of strengthening glass plate is provided. A plasma treating process is performed on a glass plate so that a surface pore variation of the glass plate after the plasma treating process is reduced relative to the surface pore variation of the glass plate before the plasma treating process, wherein the surface pore variation is a variation degree of surface pores in different unit areas of the glass plate. In the mean time, a melted network crosslinking structure is formed on the surface of the glass plate. Based on the above-mentioned mechanisms, the glass plate is strengthened. The plasma treating process is conducive to strengthen the glass plate whether the plasma treating process is performed before or after the conventional chemical strengthening process.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device is illustrated. A substrate having a plurality of trenches is provided. The plurality of trenches include trenches having differing widths. A first layer is formed on the substrate including in the plurality of trenches. Forming the first layer creates an indentation in the first layer in a region overlying a trench (e.g., wide trench). A second layer is formed in the indentation. The first layer is etched while the second layer remains in the indentation. The second layer may protect the region of indentation from further reduction in thickness. In an embodiment, the first layer is polysilicon and the second layer is BARC of photoresist.

When the motor operates at the fanless operation mode, the rotation speed of the motor is zero rpm. When the motor operates at the silent operation mode, the motor operates at a constant rotation speed. When the ambient temperature is higher than the higher temperature, the rotation speed of the motor is a linear function of the temperature and varies between the higher temperature and a maximum temperature corresponding to the full rotation speed of the motor.
