    Abstract: The smart hearing amplifier device is placed in an ear of a user to receive voices of speakers. The smart hearing amplifier device includes a Bluetooth chipset, a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor, a gravity-sensor (G sensor) and a microcontroller unit (MCU). The PPG sensor emits lights onto the skin of the ear and captures reflected lights from the skin and then outputs PPG signals. The G sensor senses a triaxial gravitational variation of the user and then outputs sensed signals. The MCU is connected with the PPG sensor, the G sensor and the Bluetooth chipset. The MCU processes PPG signals from the PPG sensor and the sensed signals from the G sensor and eliminates noise signals of the PPG signals and the sensed signals, and then calculates bio-data of the user. The Bluetooth chipset receives the bio-data from the MCU and transmits the bio-data to a smart device.

    Abstract: A heart rate detection earphone is worn on an auricle which has a cavitas conchae. The heart rate detection earphone includes an earphone body matched with and buckled in the auricle, a light guiding module disposed to the earphone body, and an optical sensor. The light guiding module defines a sensing surface exposed out of the earphone body, and the sensing surface abuts against the cavitas conchae. The optical sensor includes a light emitter and a light receiver respectively coupled with the light guiding module. Light beams emitted by the light emitter are guided by the light guiding module to irradiate the cavitas conchae. The light beams emitted by the light emitter are reflected by the cavitas conchae, and then the reflected light beams reflected by the cavitas conchae are returned to and are received by the light receiver through the light guiding module.

    Abstract: A vital signs measurement system includes a plurality of light sources emitting into a subject's skin. A plurality of photo sensors receives lights reflected from the subject's skin and converts the lights to a plurality of signals. A processing module receives the plurality of signals and transforms the plurality of signals to a PPG signal by analyzing a correlation coefficient between every two ones of the plurality of signals. The vital signs measurement system improves the measurement accuracy of the physiological information of the participant by the correlation coefficient.

The window opened in the earplug can gather the light in a narrow area of the ear canal so that reduces effect of manufacturing material on transmittance of light and improves accuracy of the PPG signals and the physiological information.

A risk evaluation method for an anonymous dataset calculates data weight to extract distinctive data and to attacking defects of the anonymous dataset according to the distinctive data, thereby enhancing a risk evaluation efficiency of the anonymous dataset.

In other words, the compensation voltage on the compensation pin (CMP) of the control chip would be maintained in unchanging regardless of whether the PWM signal for dimming is enabled or disabled.
