Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for enhanced resource reservation for sidelink communication. A method that may be performed by a transmitter user equipment (UE) includes transmitting a transport block (TB) in a first slot of a current reservation period, wherein the transmission of the TB reserves a future resource in the current reservation period for retransmission of the TB, indicating, when transmitting the TB, a period to periodically reserve one or more resources, in one or more future reservation periods, for transmissions of one or more other TBs, and taking action to limit or release a number of the one or more resources periodically reserved in the one or more future reservation periods for the transmissions of the one or more other TBs.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for sequential application of cleaning fluids for improved maintenance of chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) systems is disclosed. A method includes transferring a first substrate to a first polishing station of a plurality of polishing stations, polishing the first substrate at the first polishing station, transferring the first substrate to a second polishing station, and transferring a second substrate to the first polishing station. The method includes cleaning a first surface of a plurality of surfaces of the polishing system by dispensing a first cleaning fluid from a first one or more nozzles of a plurality of nozzles to direct the first cleaning fluid onto the first surface and dispensing a second cleaning fluid from the first one or more nozzles to direct the second cleaning fluid onto the first surface, where the second cleaning fluid is different from the first cleaning fluid.

The example method also includes receiving, over a sidelink channel, a resource reservation from a second UE, the resource reservation indicating reservation of resources overlapping with at least a portion of the first sidelink resources of the first UE. The example method also includes performing a resource reevaluation for one or more slots when the resource reservation indicates the reservation of resources overlapping with the at least a portion of the first sidelink resources of the first UE. Abstract: Presented here is a system and method to record images having varying zoom levels using a lens having a substantially fixed zoom level. The resulting image can have varying zoom levels and can be of high quality. The light sensor recording the image can have a resolution higher than the desired resolution of the resulting image. The high resolution of the light sensor allows digital zooming, i.e., cropping of the image. The light sensor can operate in two modes, where each mode produces varying resolutions of the resulting image. Operating the light sensor in the mode producing a high resolution of the resulting image, however, does not produce images of satisfactory quality in low light conditions, and the light sensor may need to be switched between the first and the second mode depending on the zoom level and the lighting conditions.

An example method of wireless communication at a receiving user equipment (UE) includes determining whether a data signal associated with a groupcast transmission from a transmitting UE is decodable at the receiving UE and obtaining measurements of the data signal when the data signal is decodable at the receiving UE. The example method also includes determining whether the measurements exceed a threshold and transmitting a first type of feedback to the transmitting UE when the measurements do not exceed the threshold. An example method of wireless communication at a transmitting UE includes receiving, from a receiving UE over a sidelink channel, feedback comprising the first type of feedback when the first UE is determined to monitor for the first type of feedback and a second type of feedback from a plurality of UEs.

Abstract: An indirect troffer. Embodiments of the present invention provide a troffer-style fixture that is particularly well-suited for use with solid state light sources, such as LEDs. The troffer comprises a light engine unit that is surrounded on its perimeter by a reflective pan. A back reflector defines a reflective interior surface of the light engine. To facilitate thermal dissipation, a heat sink is disposed proximate to the back reflector. A portion of the heat sink is exposed to the ambient room environment while another portion functions as a mount surface for the light sources that faces the back reflector. One or more light sources disposed along the heat sink mount surface emit light into an interior cavity where it can be mixed and/or shaped prior to emission. In some embodiments, one or more lens plates extend from the heat sink out to the back reflector.

Abstract: A multi-instance time-interleaving (TI) system and method of operation therefor. The system includes a plurality of TI devices, each with a plurality of clock generation units (CGUs) coupled to an interleaver network. Within each TI device, the plurality of CGUs provides a plurality of clock signals needed by the interleaver network. A phase detector device is coupled to the plurality of TI devices and configured to determine any phase differences between the clock signals of a designated reference TI device and the corresponding clock signals of each other TI device. To determine the phase differences, the phase detector can use a logic comparator configuration, a time-to-digital converter (TDC) configuration, or an auto-correlation configuration. The phases of the clock signals of each other TI device can be aligned to the reference TI device using internal phase control, retimers, delay cells, finite state machines, or the like.

In one embodiment, an ultrasound imaging system includes an interface coupled to an ultrasound imaging component and configured to receive a plurality of image data frames representative of a target tissue; and a processing component in communication with the interface and configured to determine a delay profile for the ultrasound imaging component in relation to the target tissue based on the plurality of image data frames; and determine a phase aberration correction configuration for a sequence of one or more shear wave pulses based on the delay profile, the sequence of one or more shear wave pulses associated with the ultrasound imaging component and a stiffness measure of the target tissue.
