  • Publication number: 20210321991
Abstract: The disclosed technology described pertain to collection swabs that are designed to capture and retain specimen, tissue, or fluids from a patient. The collection swabs are generally inserted into a desired location, such as a nasal cavity. During the process of insertion, a user maneuvers the collection swab and in the process dislodges and collects various specimen, tissue, or fluids from the patient. The collection swab utilizes specially designed distal or tip portions and/or sleeves or cages in order to capture and retain the specimen, tissue, and fluids. The various designs associated with the distal or tip portion and the sleeve or cages affect not only how much specimen, tissue, or fluids can be collected but also how much of the specimen, tissue, or fluids can be retained after the collection swab is removed from the patient.

  • Patent number: 11148062
Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods and systems directed towards implementing scene tagging. In particular, scene tagging is used to characterize user generated content associated with gameplay information associated with video games. Exemplary user generated content include video recordings or screenshots from within the video game that pertain to events that have occurred. Corresponding metadata would then be used to describe substantive aspects about the user-generated content such as details about where the recording or screenshot was taken, who was included in the user-generated content, and what objects are found in the user-generated content. The associated metadata would 1) allow users to search among various uploaded user generated content and 2) search within portions of those use-generated content for particular sub-sections of interest. Furthermore, the metadata associated with the user-generated content would allow viewers to experience the same events that were recorded.

  • Patent number: 11150295
Abstract: A system includes a power supply configured to adjust a voltage supplied to a device under test (DUT) based on one of an input voltage of the DUT supplied to a power supply sense input of the power supply and a feedback signal indicative of an internal voltage of the DUT supplied to the power supply sense input, and a relay circuit configured to transition between supplying the input voltage to the power supply sense input and supplying the feedback signal to the power supply sense input. When supplying the feedback signal to the power supply sense input, the relay circuit establishes an electrical path between the input voltage and the power supply sense input to prevent the power supply sense input from floating during the transition.

  • Patent number: 11150907
Abstract: An execution unit circuit for use in a processor core provides efficient use of area and energy by reducing the per-entry storage requirement of a load-store unit issue queue. The execution unit circuit includes a recirculation queue that stores the effective address of the load and store operations and the values to be stored by the store operations. A queue control logic controls the recirculation queue and issue queue so that that after the effective address of a load or store operation has been computed, the effective address of the load operation or the store operation is written to the recirculation queue and the operation is removed from the issue queue, so that address operands and other values that were in the issue queue entry no longer require storage. When a load or store operation is rejected by the cache unit, it is subsequently reissued from the recirculation queue.

  • Patent number: 11150909
Abstract: In an approach for decreasing a rate of logic voltage level transitions in a multiplexor, one of a plurality of inputs to a multiplexor is selected with a first multiplexor select value at a first clock, wherein each input to the multiplexor is identified as one of i) valid and ii) invalid and the first multiplexor select value is latched in a latch until the first multiplexor select value is replaced by a second multiplexor select value. The second multiplexor select value is determined. The second multiplexor select value is applied to the multiplexor at a second clock if and only if the second multiplexor select value is different from the first multiplexor select value and the second multiplexor select value selects a valid input, wherein the second clock follows the first clock. Subsequent to applying the second multiplexor select value, the second multiplexor value is latched in the latch.
