    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method, mobile electronic device, and computer readable medium for operating the mobile electronic device having a motion sensor, touch sensor, microcontroller, and processor. The method includes the following steps. The motion sensor detects a motion and generates motion data in response to the detected motion. The touch sensor detects a fingerprint and generates fingerprint data in response to the detected fingerprint. The microcontroller compares the generated motion data with enrolled motion data, and one of the microcontroller and the processor compares the generated fingerprint data with enrolled fingerprint data, where the enrolled fingerprint data and the enrolled motion data including the first motion data are prestored in the mobile electronic device. When the generated motion data matches the first motion data and the generated fingerprint data matches the enrolled fingerprint data, the processor performs a first action in associated with the first motion data.

    Abstract: An image focusing method and an image pickup device using the image focusing method are provided. The image focusing method includes following steps. Firstly, an image is captured. Then, the plural first incident light pixels of the image are collected as a first pattern, and plural second incident light pixels of the image as a second pattern. The first pattern has a first block corresponding to a focusing area of the image. The second pattern has a second block corresponding to the focusing area of the image. Then, a phase difference between the first block and the second block and phase differences between the first block and plural test block are obtained. The test blocks are partially overlapped with the second block or located near the second block. Afterwards, a lens module is moved according to the lowest phase difference.

    Abstract: In a method of making a carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes (CNT) are mixed into a solution including polyacrylonitrile (PAN) so as to form a CNT/PAN mixture. At least one PAN/CNT fiber is formed from the mixture. A first predetermined electrical current is applied to the PAN/CNT fiber until the PAN/CNT fiber is a stabilized PAN/CNT fiber. A heatable fabric that includes a plurality of fibers that each have an axis. Each of the plurality of fibers includes polyacrylonitrile and carbon nanotubes dispersed in the polyacrylonitrile in a predetermined weight percent thereof and aligned along the axes of the plurality of fibers. The plurality of fibers are woven into a fabric. A current source is configured to apply an electrical current through the plurality of fibers, thereby causing the fibers to generate heat.

Conventional dual damascene structures utilize two lithography steps: one to mask and expose the via, and a second step to mask and expose the trench interconnection. The novel method for creating a dual damascene structure allows for a smaller number of processing steps, thus reducing the processing time needed to complete the dual damascene structure. In addition, a lower number of masks may be needed. The exemplary mask or reticle used within the process incorporates different regions possessing different transmission rates. During the exposing step, light from an exposing source passes through the mask to expose a portion of the photoresist layer on top of the wafer.

The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.
