    Abstract: A method for creating a dual damascene structure while using only one lithography and masking step. Conventional dual damascene structures utilize two lithography steps: one to mask and expose the via, and a second step to mask and expose the trench interconnection. The novel method for creating a dual damascene structure allows for a smaller number of processing steps, thus reducing the processing time needed to complete the dual damascene structure. In addition, a lower number of masks may be needed. The exemplary mask or reticle used within the process incorporates different regions possessing different transmission rates. During the exposing step, light from an exposing source passes through the mask to expose a portion of the photoresist layer on top of the wafer.

    Abstract: An apparatus for a user to conduct an accelerated soft error test (ASER) on a semiconductor sample is provided. The apparatus comprises a first component for holding the radiation source, where the radiation source may be either an alpha-particle or neutron-particle source. The apparatus comprises a second component for holding the semiconductor sample, where the semiconductor sample may be either a silicon wafer or semiconductor chip. The apparatus comprises a connecting assembly for placing the first component and the second component relative to each other at a plurality of positions that subject the semiconductor sample to a radiation stress from the radiation source at a plurality of stress efficiencies. Among the benefits provided are improved repeatability and credibility of ASER tests and reduced radiation exposures to operators of ASER tests.

The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.

The main frame moves forward in the longitudinal direction when the lower ends of the left and right legs contact the ground while the main frame rocking in the longitudinal direction.     Abstract: The disclosed item is a composition comprising catechins and sialic acid to provide an effective prevention and treatment for Helicobacter Pylori infection. This composition inhibits growth of Helicobacter pylori, and can increase the antioxidant activity of gastric mucosal cells through reducing the production of O2.?, H2O2 and NO, and decreasing the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in cells. The apoptotic damage of stomach caused by Helicobacter pylori was decreased through up-regulation of autophagy to enhance the defensive ability of gastric epithelial cells toward Helicobacter pylori. Therefore the composition can be used in the treatment or prevention on damages caused by Helicobacter pylori infection.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a driving method suitable for a plasma display. The plasma display includes multiple scan electrodes, multiple sustain electrodes and multiple address electrodes, for example. Successive frames are adapted to be displayed in repeating reset periods, address periods and sustain periods by applying driving signals to the scan electrodes, sustain electrodes and address electrodes. The driving method is characterized in that before inputting driving signals or when interrupting driving signals, a wall-charge removing signal is applied to the scan electrodes to remove/reduce the residual wall charges around the scan electrodes and the sustain electrodes. As a result, the possibility of the plasma display generating erroneously discharging with strong light at the restarting state can be effectively reduced.
