    Abstract: Mechanisms of forming a package on package (PoP) package by using an interposer and an no-reflow underfill (NUF) layer are provided. The interposer frame improves the form factor of the package, enables the reduction in the pitch of the bonding structures. The NUF layer enables a semiconductor die and an interposer frame be bonded to a substrate by utilizing the heat on the connectors of the semiconductor die and on the connectors of the interposer frame for bonding. The heat provided by the semiconductor die and the interposer frame also transforms the NUF layer into an underfill. PoP structures formed by using the interposer frame and the NUF layer improve yield and have better reliability performance.

    Abstract: A method and a device for preventing repeated refreshing of an address table of an Ethernet ring network node are provided. After a state of a port of the Ethernet ring network node is changed to a blocked state, it is determined that whether the Ethernet ring network node is an RPL neighbor node and whether the blockage is triggered by an RPL Blocked protocol frame. If so, the Ethernet ring network node stores refreshed record information corresponding to its two ports on the ring. The problem that an RPL neighbor node refreshes an address table repeatedly in the scenario of switchback of an Ethernet ring network can be effectively solved via the aforementioned method and device, thereby reducing flow broadcast during protection switching of the Ethernet ring network and improving the switching efficiency.

Also, the invention offers an effective method of inhibiting the growth of toxic bloom algae caused by M. aeruginosa comprising administering an effective amount of 5,6,7-trichlorogramine to the freshwater. Both compounds, 5,6-dichlorogramine and 5,6,7-trichlorogramine, may be administered individually or in combination to the freshwater. Both compounds are individually very potent and only need to be administered at a very low concentration to be effective at inhibiting the growth of M. aeruginosa in freshwater environments. Both 5,6-dichlorogramine and 5,6,7-trichlorogramine are each individually effective at inhibiting M. aeruginosa at low concentrations, between about 0.01 mg/L and about 0.05 mg/L, or more specifically at a concentration of about 0.03 mg/L.
