The disinfectant liquid can provide active chlorine at a stable concentration for a long time, or can sustainably release active chlorine for a long time, thereby providing the function of sustainably and effectively killing various viruses, bacteria, molds, fungi and spores for a long time.

    Abstract: A path delay prediction method for an integrated circuit based on feature selection and deep learning. First, an integrated feature selection method based on filter methods and wrapper methods is established to determine an optimal feature subset. Timing information and physical topological information of a circuit are then extracted to be used as input features of a model, and local physical and timing expressions of cells in circuit paths are captured by means of the convolution calculation mechanism of a convolutional neural network. In addition, a residual network is used to calibrate a path delay. Compared with traditional back-end design processes, the path delay prediction method provided by the invention has remarkable advantages in prediction accuracy and efficiency and has great significance in accelerating the integrated circuit design process.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an electrode including a porous substrate, a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell including the same and a method of manufacturing the same. In the method of manufacturing the membrane-electrode assembly, the amount of a catalyst that is loaded depending on the position is applied in a gradational manner, thus efficiently using the catalyst, thereby reducing costs owing to the use of a decreased amount of the metal catalyst. Further, the membrane-electrode assembly includes the electrode including a porous substrate, thus making it easy to select hot-pressing conditions and increasing processing efficiency. The porous substrate is hydrophobic and the pore size in the electrode is not decreased compared to conventional electrodes, thus reducing flooding and generating various operation regions. The electrode including the porous substrate can minimize electrode loss, thus improving electrode durability.
