  • Patent number: 12235801
Abstract: The present disclosure provides techniques and solutions for storing data in a way that facilitates the update and creation of data models, as well as conserving computing resources when accessing such data. A number of data objects can be included in a data model, such as a core data model that can be used in various jurisdictions. A supplemental data object is created that includes data relevant to data objects in the data model. For example, the supplemental data object can include localization attributes. The supplemental data object can be considered as denormalized. A request for data can retrieve data from a data object in the data model, as well as data in the supplemental data object. Different sets of attributes can be retrieved from the supplemental data object based on a type associated with a data request for a data model object.

  • Patent number: 12234003
Abstract: A device for supporting a propulsor on a marine vessel. The device includes a base that is fixable to the marine vessel and a pivot arm for coupling the propulsor to the base. An actuator is configured to pivot the pivot arm relative to the base into and between a retracted position and a deployed position. A fastener is engageable to couple the actuator to the pivot arm, where when the fastener is engaged the pivot arm is prevented from pivoting other than by the actuator, and where applying a predetermined force on the pivot arm disengages the fastener to allow the pivot arm to pivot other than by the actuator.

  • Patent number: 12235131
Abstract: A sensor device for detecting transport parameters representative of those experienced by a sample during transportation is provided. The sample is stored in a container. The sensor device includes a housing with a configuration that generally matches the configuration of the container, a hardened substrate portion formed from a substrate material, and a sensor assembly comprising at least one sensor for detecting at least one transport parameter (e.g. acceleration, orientation, temperature, etc.). The sensor assembly is secured within the housing by the hardened substrate portion. Optionally, a weight of the device approximates a combined weight of the container and the sample stored therein. The weight of the sensor device can be adjusted. When the device is positioned proximate to the container during transportation, the at least one transport parameter detected by the at least one sensor is analogous to that at least one transport parameter experienced in the container.

  • Patent number: 12232565
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a footwear includes the steps of providing a leather base layer and providing a leather attachment layer. The leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are fixed against each other with an intermediate application of adhesive between them. The applied adhesive is activated. The leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are forced against each other under a pressure with the adhesive between them. The adhesive is cured and thereby the leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are bonded to each other. The bonded leather base layer and the leather attachment layer are integrated as part of the footwear.

  • Publication number: 20250057582
Abstract: A method of delivering a combined irreversible electroporation and radio frequency (IRE/RFA) signal during ablation that includes receiving a selection of a ratio of IRE/RFA energy and a selection of an interleaved sequence of a combined IRE/RFA waveform. The interleaved sequence includes one or more adapted IRE square pulses formed by adapting generated biphasic IRE square pulses to IRE pulses having a final shape and repetition rate using a biphasic pulse shaper, and one of more RFA cycles formed from converting the generated biphasic IRE square pulses into a RF sinusoidal signal using a harmonic filter. The interleaved sequence is generated by interleaving, into a single waveform, the one or more adapted IRE square pulses with one or more cycles of the converted RF sinusoidal signal. The combined IRE/RFA output signal is outputted to a catheter electrode inside a patient's heart for application to a target tissue location.

  • Publication number: 20250063065
Abstract: In one implementation, a device obtains a prompt from a source for input to a language model. The device performs a search for similar prompts to that of the prompt in a prompt database. The device determines, based on results of the search, whether the prompt represents a potential attack. The device prevents a response to the prompt from being returned from the language model to the source, when the device determines that the prompt represents a potential attack.
