    Abstract: According to certain embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device includes transmitting, to a base station, a first transmission of a message, which includes user data and information to setup or resume a connection between the wireless device and the base station. DCI comprising an uplink grant indicating a plurality of transport block sizes is received from the base station. The DCI is interpreted based on previous information received in a message from the base station. One of the transport block sizes is selected for retransmission of the message. The message is retransmitted using the selected transport block size and includes either only the information to setup or resume the connection or the information to setup or resume the connection and user data. The message is retransmitted using the selected transport block size.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for treating a plastic molded article. The apparatus includes a treatment chamber that can be closed and temperature-controlled. A vapor generating unit generates vapor of a treatment liquid. A fluid connection between the treatment chamber and the vapor generating unit feeds vapor to the treatment chamber and returns condensate back to the treatment chamber. A pressure equalizing device transfers waste air at atmospheric pressure and equalizes pressure with the atmospheric pressure during treatment. The pressure equalizing device retains vapor and prevents vapor from escaping into the atmosphere. A vapor phase is generated by heating a treatment liquid to its boiling point. The treatment liquid includes a solvent that dissolves or solubilizes the plastic. The article is exposed to the vapor phase for a predetermined time and removed from the vapor phase. Residual treatment liquid present on the article is removed.

    Abstract: The state of cache lines transferred into an out of caches of processing hardware is tracked by monitoring hardware. The method of tracking includes monitoring the processing hardware for cache coherence events on a coherence interconnect between the processing hardware and monitoring hardware, determining that the state of a cache line has changed, and updating a hierarchical data structure to indicate the change in the state of said cache line. The hierarchical data structure includes a first level data structure including first bits, and a second level data structure including second bits, each of the first bits associated with a group of second bits. The step of updating includes setting one of the first bits and one of the second bits in the group corresponding to the first bit that is being set, according to an address of said cache line.

Continuous first and second functions in a search space in a convex domain are defined. The first function and the second function are combined into a third function, and a fractional programming algorithm is applied to the third function, targeted to finding an input vector that minimizes the third function. A mapping rule translates the found input vector into an estimated transmit symbol vector, and the estimated transmit symbol vector is output to a decoder for decoding into an estimated transmit symbol from the constellation.
