  • Patent number: 10312626
Abstract: An electrical connector assembly having a housing, a terminal alignment plate and an independent secondary lock member. The terminal alignment plate has secondary lock engagement surfaces. The independent secondary lock member has terminal alignment plate engagement surfaces. When the independent secondary lock member is in the open position, the terminal alignment plate engagement surfaces engage the secondary lock engagement surfaces of the terminal alignment plate to retain the terminal alignment plate in the protecting position and prevent the terminal alignment plate from being moved to the fully inserted position. When the independent secondary lock member is in the closed position, the terminal alignment plate engagement surfaces do not engage the secondary lock engagement surfaces of the terminal alignment plate, allowing the terminal alignment plate to be moved to the fully inserted position.

  • Patent number: 10175870
Abstract: A prototyping apparatus includes a housing, a microcontroller within the housing, a user interface on an exterior surface of the housing for interaction between a user and the microcontroller, and a first connector, exposed in a first slot in the housing, having a first plurality of pins for accepting a first external component. Via the user interface, the microcontroller presents a first plurality of configuration choices for the first plurality of pins, and accepts user selections from among the first plurality of choices. The prototyping apparatus may further include a second connector exposed in a first slot in the housing, having a second plurality of pins for accepting a second external component, in which case, via the user interface, the microcontroller presents a second plurality of configuration choices for the second plurality of pins, and accepts user selections from among the second plurality of configuration choices.

The methods may include disposing a skin for forming an upper over and inflatable bladder and disposing a mold insert between the skin and a surface of a mold cavity. The mold insert may include a mold pattern including surface features formed in the mold insert. The inflatable bladder may be inflated such that the skin is pressed against the mold insert within a heated mold cavity to form a pattern on an exterior surface of the skin and cause the skin to take on the shape of at least a portion of an upper. In some embodiments, the surface features may be disposed in a gradient pattern configured to provide varying degrees of one or more characteristics to different areas of an upper.

  • Patent number: 9386662
Abstract: The present disclosure describes techniques and apparatuses for a customizable lighting controller. In some aspects a lighting controller is described that includes a display device to display selectable lighting functions, switches that each correspond to one of the selectable lighting functions, and a lighting controller manager to receive an input of a selectable lighting function at one of the switches of the lighting controller. The lighting controller manager can then initiate a display of the selected lighting level on the display device of the lighting controller. The lighting controller manager can also control a dimming module to set the selected lighting level.

  • Patent number: 9270052
Abstract: A pass-through connector system is provided that includes a receptacle assembly and a pass-through connector. The receptacle assembly has a mounting ear at least proximate to a mounting end. The mounting ear defines an aperture therethrough that receives a fastener to mount the receptacle assembly to a substrate. A diameter of the aperture of the mounting ear is greater than an outer diameter of the fastener such that a gap is formed between the mounting ear and the fastener. The pass-through connector extends through a window in a panel that at least partially surrounds the substrate. The pass-through connector has a shroud at a plug end that defines an opening to a cavity. The receptacle assembly is floatable radially within the gap relative to the fastener to allow the shroud to guide the receptacle assembly into alignment with the cavity of the pass-through connector during mating.

  • Publication number: 20140358042
Abstract: A method and apparatus for reliably positioning a 3-segment limb, such as a leg or arm for imaging and medical analysis, which can accommodate for the patient's “natural alignment”. The apparatus positions the limb in such a way that the position of the proximal segment is controlled while an known external torque is applied at a known rate to the distal segment. The location of each of the limb's three segments is recorded using either external or internal measurement techniques, and the relative motions between the proximal and intermediate segments are used in the orthopedic evaluation of the proximal joint. Furthermore, the relative motions between the intermediate and distal segments are used in the orthopedic evaluation of the distal joint. By applying a known torque at a known rate, clinicians will be provided with valuable information related to joint range of motion, stability, laxity, and compliance.
