  • Publication number: 20230177980
Abstract: A recyclable shrink label includes a heat shrink film having a first surface and a second surface opposite of the first surface; and a light blocking layer disposed adjacent the first surface and comprising a light blocking component, the light blocking layer being constructed for the recyclable shrink label to block at least 80% of incident light having wavelengths in a range of 200 nm to 900 nm. The recyclable shrink label may further include an indicia layer. The recyclable shrink label may further include a high opacity layer. The recyclable shrink label may be applied to a container, e.g., a recyclable container. Articles including the recyclable shrink label may be recycled in a process where both the container and the label are recognized as a resin and may be directed into a corresponding recycling stream. In some cases, both the container and the label include PET.

  • Publication number: 20230169609
Abstract: A disclosed computer-implemented method may include determining that a user of a social networking system is a participant in a dating service of the social networking system. The method may also include identifying a set of interest-based communities of the social networking system of which the user is a member and that include an activated community-based dating feature. The method may also include selecting a set of additional participants in the dating service. Each additional participant included in the set of additional participants may be an additional member of at least one interest-based community included in the set of interest-based communities. The method may also include presenting, within a dating interface of the social networking system, dating information associated with at least a portion of the set of additional participants. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20230006601
Abstract: A method may include obtaining a normal set point of a solar panel and a wind velocity measurement corresponding to wind that affects the solar panel. The method may include determining an allowable range of tilt angles according to a first lookup table that describes a relationship between the wind velocity measurement and the allowable range of tilt angles. The method may include identifying whether the normal set point of the solar panel is outside of the allowable range of tilt angles, and responsive to identifying that the normal set point of the solar panel is outside of the allowable range of tilt angles, determining a temporary stow set point. The method may include rotating the solar panel to the temporary stow set point.

  • Patent number: 11177409
Abstract: A photon detection device and method of fabricating a photon detection device are provided. The photon detection device comprises a first input terminal for receiving a DC input voltage, a second input terminal for receiving an AC input voltage and a bias tee connected to the first and second input terminals and configured to combine the AC and DC input voltages to form a combined voltage on an output of the bias tee. A first single photon detector is connected to the output of the bias tee and configured to receive the combined voltage from the bias tee, register a detection signal based on only a single photon being incident on the first single photon detector and output the detection signal indicative of the detected photon. A first output terminal is connected to an output of the first single photon detector for outputting the detection signal. The photon detection device is formed in a single integrated circuit.
