  • Patent number: 11933047
Abstract: A panel for forming part of a partition is disclosed. The partition may, for example, be a roof, a wall or a floor of a building. The panel comprises: a central panel; two support members; and a resiliently compressible portion. The two support members are disposed on opposed sides of the central panel, each of the two support members extending generally perpendicularly to a plane of the central panel. The resiliently compressible portion is arranged between the two support members such that a distance between the two support members can be reduced by compressing the resiliently compressible portion.

  • Publication number: 20240085342
Abstract: A method of detecting a defect in a sheet of glass includes: (i) directing a converging beam from a source of illumination onto a surface of the sheet of glass to illuminate the defect; (ii) focussing an image capture device onto a first plane to image the defect in the sheet of glass; (iii) capturing a first image of the defect; (iv) carrying out an adjustment step; and (v) capturing a second image of the defect. Each of the first and second images has a respective first portion from the illuminated defect and a respective second portion due to reflection of a portion of the beam from the glass surface. In the first image of the defect the first portion is brighter than the second portion, and in the second image of the defect the first portion is darker than the second portion. An apparatus for carrying out the method is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11856084
Abstract: Embodiments facilitate interoperability and secure determination of healthcare costs. An entity may receive a first Electronic Health Record (EHR) sub-block with patient medical coverage information and first treatments and may transmit a first Device Drug Information (DIR) sub-block comprising first treatment classes corresponding to each first treatment, first treatment class members corresponding to each first treatment class, and corresponding first treatment class member cost information. In response, the entity may receive a second EHR sub-block comprising second treatments each: associated with a corresponding first treatment, and selected from corresponding first treatment class members. Upon receipt of a transaction confirmation, the entity may augment a multi-dimensional blockchain with a multi-dimensional block formed by linking: a DIR block including second treatment information, an EHR block including information based on the second EHR sub-block and a transaction block.

  • Patent number: 11848080
Abstract: Embodiments facilitate interoperability and secure patient selection for clinical trials and drug/device deployments. An entity may obtain a first set of health parameters and collective demographic information associated with one or more population segments and receive Electronic Health Record (EHR) sub-blocks with patient profile information and corresponding patient medical histories for patients. The entity may determine a subset of eligible candidate patients for a treatment based on information in the EHR sub-blocks and eligibility criteria for the treatment, which may be based the first set of health parameters, and/or the collective demographic information.

  • Patent number: 11836172
Abstract: Methods, computer systems, computer-storage media, and graphical user interfaces are provided for facilitating data visualization generation. In one implementation, dataset intent data, visual design intent data, and insight intent data determined from a user input natural language query are obtained. A set of candidate intent recommendations is generated using various combinations of the dataset intent data, visual design intent data, and insight intent data. Each of the candidate intent recommendations is incorporated into a set of visualization templates to determine eligibility of the candidate intent recommendations. For eligible candidate intent recommendations, a score associated with a corresponding visualization template is determined. Based on the scores, a candidate intent recommendation and corresponding visualizations template is selected to use as a visual recommendation for presenting a data visualization.

  • Publication number: 20230350968
Abstract: Methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable media are disclosed for utilizing machine learning models to extract digital signals from low-results web queries and generate item demand deficiency predictions for digital item lists corresponding to websites. In one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems identify a low-results query submitted by client devices navigating a website. The disclosed systems generate features for the low-results query and the digital item list to generate a deficiency prediction relative to demand indicated by the low-results query. In some embodiments, the disclosed system utilizes a deficiency prediction model to process the extracted signals and generate a deficiency confidence score corresponding to the low-results query. Based on the deficiency confidence score, the disclosed system can generate and provide demand notifications via one or more graphical user interfaces.
