  • Publication number: 20220131978
Abstract: An enhanced routing system determines a service provider best suited to fulfill a user's request to interact and establishes a communication session between the user's client device and a device of the service provider. The enhanced routing system may use user characteristics and behavior to select the service provider. For example, the enhanced routing system receives a request to connect to a customer service system from a user who has recently started a new job and has been accessing a banking application on his mobile phone. The enhanced routing system may determine that a payroll service provider is best suited to fulfill the user's request. For example, the enhanced routing system uses a machine learning model that has been trained on previously fulfilled requests. In this way, the enhanced routing system improves upon systems that continuously prompt the user for information by selecting a service provider without overburdening the user.

  • Patent number: 11255642
Abstract: An armored vehicle cab with enhanced blast protection accomplished with wedge to wedge interfaces between the cab doors and the cab side walls that are approximately 90 degrees out of synch with each other to provide both fore/aft and vertical buffering of blast force applied to the cab floor in order to shift energy from cab door hinges to the wedges (and the structures to which they are mounted) which are in contact with each other. These enhancements will maintain door functionality post blast event (door will open and close).

  • Patent number: 11220887
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method of cleaning and inspection of drilling mud carrying flow lines, each flow line having an inner surface. The method includes affixing a fitting to the flow line, the fitting having a main flow channel and a branch flow channel extending at an angle from said main flow channel. A first end portion of the fitting can have an attachment that enables connection of the fitting to the flow line at one flow line end portion. A second end portion of the fitting can have one or more doors that can be moved between opened and closed positions, the door or doors providing an opening that is not closed when the doors are in the closed position. A suction line can be connected to the branch flow channel. A cleaning tool can be guided first into the fitting and then into the flow line using a fluid carrying cable. The cleaning tool and jetting fluid can be used to clean drilling mud and debris from the inner surface of the flow line.

  • Patent number: 11135628
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for cleaning an oil and gas well riser section or assembly on location offshore that includes a larger diameter central pipe and a plurality of smaller diameter pipes that are spaced radially away from the central larger diameter pipe. Even more particularly, the present invention relates to an improved method and apparatus for cleaning oil and gas well riser sections wherein a specially configured cap or pair of caps are fitted to the ends of the riser which enable pressure washing cleaning tools (or a camera) to be inserted into and through a selected one of the pipes including either a smaller diameter of the pipes or the central larger diameter pipe and wherein the cap continuously collects spent cleaning fluid and debris, allowing the cleaning process to be done on location without transporting the riser section back onshore.

  • Patent number: 11020535
Abstract: An insulin injection needle with needle tip protection has a needle body, needle base, main cover and outer sheath. The main cover is provided with the trigger tube, front casing and spring. The trigger tube is used to protect the injection section of needle body before use and the front casing is used to protect the injection section of needle body after use. Before use, the trigger tube extends out of the main cover and is in the state of protecting the needle, and the front casing is in the main cover; after, the trigger tube is in the main cover and the front casing extends out of the main cover and protects the needle. The unlocking of trigger tube and front casing correlate with injection readiness and the tail cover and needle base trigger the unlocking of trigger tube and front casing during the installation.

  • Patent number: 11010998
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate generally to limiting the use of an autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle by particular occupants based on permission data. More specifically, permission data may include destinations, routes, and/or other information that is predefined or set by a third party. The vehicle may then access the permission data in order to transport the particular occupant to the predefined destination, for example, without deviation from the predefined route. The vehicle may drop the particular occupant off at the destination and may wait until the passenger is ready to move to another predefined destination. The permission data may be used to limit the ability of the particular occupant to change the route of the vehicle completely or by some maximum deviation value. For example, the vehicle may be able to deviate from the route up to a particular distance from or along the route.

  • Publication number: 20210138161
Abstract: A rotational locking type safety insulin pen needle comprises a needle body, intermediate shield, front shield and a spring, wherein the intermediate shield has a rotating tube with a beveled rail on the outer edge; the front shield has a bevel acting part on the inner edge; the rotating tube has an elastic arm in the front with a front protection stopper; relative to the front protection stopper, the front shield has a guiding and a limit slot at intervals along the circumferential direction. The backward movement of the front shield when the needle is pushed to drive the rotation of the rotating tube and uses the coordination of the front protection stopper on the rotating tube with the guiding and limit slot on the front shield to change the coordination relationship between the front shield and the rotating tube, which provides the reliable locking protection of the front shield.

  • Publication number: 20210113125
Abstract: A tail pressing type disposable safety lancet includes a shell, a lancet core, a spring and tail cover. The shell has an elastic arm for locking the lancet core, wherein: the tail cover has an active locking part for locking and the elastic arm has a passive locking part for locking correspondingly; the positions, the fitting time of the active locking part and the passive locking part correlate with the active and passive unlocking parts; when the tail cover is pressed during use, it forces the lancet core to unlock for ejection and puncturing, and the tail cover and elastic arm enter the locking state and cannot be used again. After use of the safety lancet, the tail cover permanently locks on the elastic arm of the shell, ensuring the safety of single use, and the user visually recognizes the tail cover is retracted at the tail of the shell.

  • Patent number: 10846397
Abstract: Sandboxing at a network and workstation level can be used to solve the problem of exposing corporate resources to the “wild west” of the public Internet. The public Internet and the internal corporate network can be separated at a VLAN or Domain level on the internal network. As long as one cannot route to the other either physically or virtually, nether network will be able to communicate with the other. While there are sandboxed solutions, all require the user to switch between environments. Most users find this to be cumbersome and difficult to use. Having a device sandboxed but sharing a common interface provides greater utility and removes some of the tedium around separating the computing environments user interface.
