  • Publication number: 20220131882
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic, hyper context-based microsegmentation are described. In one aspect, span traffic associated with a computing device on a network is processed. Meta data associated with the span traffic is transmitted to a hyper context cloud server. It is determined whether the span traffic meta data matches a policy condition. Responsive to the span traffic meta data matching a policy condition, a policy is triggered. It is determined whether an action associated with the triggered policy is segment. Responsive to determining that the action is segment, a MAC address of the computing device is added to a segment name provided in the policy. The segment name is pushed to one or more enforcement points associated with the network.

  • Publication number: 20220121983
Abstract: System receives input value in time series and determines first difference between input value at input time, and first value in time series at input time minus first lag. System determines first score based on first difference and both first average and first dispersion for first lag and time series values. System determines second difference between input value at input time, and second value in timeseries at input time minus second lag. System determines second score based on second difference and both second average and second dispersion for second lag and time series values. System transforms first and second scores into normalized anomaly score in normalized anomaly score time series. Time series database system stores normalized anomaly score time series and input value's time series into time series database. If normalized anomaly score satisfies threshold, system outputs alert including normalized anomaly score and input value retrieved from time series database.

  • Publication number: 20220121275
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for extended reality environment interaction. An extended reality environment including an object is generated for display, and a first sensor is used to detect that a gaze has shifted from a first portion of the extended reality environment to a second portion of the extended reality environment, where the object is excluded from the first portion of the extended reality environment and included in the second portion of the extended reality environment. An indicator of the shift in the gaze is generated for display within the extended reality environment in response to detecting the gaze shift, and a voice command is detected by a second sensor while the indicator is in a vicinity of the object. In response to detecting the voice command, an action corresponding to the voice command may be executed.

  • Patent number: 11308026
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to enable parallelized multiply-accumulate operations in a systolic array. Each row of the systolic array can include multiple busses enabling independent transmission of inputs along the respective bus. Each processing element of a given row-oriented bus can receive an input from a prior element of the given row-oriented bus, and perform arithmetic operations on the input. Each processing element can generate an output partial sum based on the arithmetic operations, provide the input to a next processing element of the given row-oriented bus, without the input being processed by a processing element of the row located between the two processing elements that uses a different row-oriented bus. Use of row-oriented busses can enable parallelization to increase speed or enable increased latency at individual processing elements.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for classifying a spatial environment as open or enclosed are provided. In the method and apparatus, one or more microphones detect ambient sound in a spatial environment and output an audio signal representative of the ambient sound. A processor determines a spatial environment impulse response (SEIR) for the audio signal and extracts one or more features of the SEIR. The processor classifies the spatial environment as open or enclosed based on the one or more features of the SEIR.

  • Patent number: 11270010
Abstract: Biometric templates (template) are used to store biometric data of one or more users. As biometric data of each user is unique and non-replaceable, template security is a major concern. This disclosure relates generally to template protection, and more particularly to a method and system for biometric template protection. The system generates a final perturbation value for data in the template, based on a first binary code (BC), a second binary code (BC?), feature vectors corresponding to data in the template, and an initial random perturbation. The final perturbation and the feature vectors are mapped to the first binary code. The first binary code represents the template. Every time the first binary code is compromised, the value of first binary code is updated, and the whole process is repeated to generate corresponding final perturbation and then the mapping is done.

  • Publication number: 20220067099
Abstract: The present technology addresses deficiencies associated with common practices for handling out of order data in a streaming data database. An aspect of the present technology is avoid storing out of order data in a snapshot but just store the out of order data as additional data linked to the temporal graph. The present technology receives out of order data and records a modification time for the data and a next modification time for the data that equals a timestamp of data previously stored in the database. If there is also data in the database for a time earlier than the timestamp of the out of order data, the earlier data is adjusted so that its next modification time matches the timestamp of the out of order data.
