  • Publication number: 20230042750
Abstract: A system for training a machine learning framework to estimate depths of objects captured in 2-D images includes a first trained machine learning network and a second untrained or minimally trained machine learning framework. The first trained machine learning network is configured to analyze 2-D images of target spaces including target objects and to provide output indicative of 3-D positions of the target objects in the target spaces. The second machine learning network can be configured to provide an output responsive to receiving a 2-D input image. A comparator receives the outputs from the first and second machine learning networks based on a particular 2-D image. The comparator compares the output of the first trained machine learning network with the output of the second machine learning network. A feedback mechanism is operative to alter the second machine learning network based at least in part on the output of the comparator.

  • Patent number: 11561826
Abstract: Scheduling work of a machine learning application includes instantiating kernel objects by a computer processor in response to input of kernel definitions. Each kernel object is of a kernel type indicating a compute circuit. The computer processor generates a graph in a memory. Each node represents a task and specifies an assignment of the task to one or more of the kernel objects, and each edge represents a data dependency. Task queues are created in the memory and assigned to queue tasks represented by the nodes. Kernel objects are assigned to the task queues, and the tasks are enqueued by threads executing the kernel objects, based on assignments of the kernel objects to the task queues and assignments of the tasks to the kernel objects. Tasks are dequeued by the threads, and the compute circuits are activated to initiate processing of the dequeued tasks.

  • Patent number: 11561945
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer products are described herein for identifying data inconsistencies within database tables associated with an application. A master data inconsistency evaluator receives data including at least one selection parameter within at least one database table. By the master data inconsistency evaluator evaluates the at least one selection parameter by comparing the at least one selection parameter with other database tables associated with the application to identify data inconsistencies. • Publication number: 20230020154
Abstract: Disclosed is a system comprised of different points-of-presence (“PoPs”) that provide software defined hybrid private and public networking for different entity sites. A system PoP may establish and/or maintain different network circuits for accessing different destinations or services. The system PoP may receive a tunnel creation request from a particular site, may obtain entity-defined policies that are specified for the particular site, and may establish a particular network tunnel to the particular site. The system PoP may then route egress traffic with a first classification through a first network circuit with a different quality of service (“QoS”) than egress traffic with a second classification according to the policies. Similarly, the system PoP may route ingress traffic arriving over the first network circuit through the particular network tunnel with a different QoS than ingress traffic arriving over the second network circuit according to the policies.

  • Patent number: 11556579
Abstract: Techniques for ontology linking of unstructured text as a service are described. A service may receive a request to link unstructured text to a standardized ontology, and the service may segment and tokenize the unstructured text and send the result to multiple services implementing multiple deep machine learning models trained to identify particular entities and one or more relationships between entities. The service may perform a search of the standardized ontology to identify a set of similar candidates from the standardized ontology for the detected entities and the one or more relationships, and then rank the set of similar candidates from the standardized ontology according to their similarity to the detected entities within the unstructured text. The output from the service may include a result identifying a highest ranked candidate of the set of similar candidates from the standardized ontology for the detected entities within the unstructured text.

  • Publication number: 20230008426
Abstract: The present technology addresses deficiencies associated with common practices for handling out of order data in a streaming data database. An aspect of the present technology is avoid storing out of order data in a snapshot but just store the out of order data as additional data linked to the temporal graph. The present technology receives out of order data and records a modification time for the data and a next modification time for the data that equals a timestamp of data previously stored in the database. If there is also data in the database for a time earlier than the timestamp of the out of order data, the earlier data is adjusted so that its next modification time matches the timestamp of the out of order data.

  • Patent number: 11539731
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic, hyper context-based microsegmentation are described. In one aspect, span traffic associated with a computing device on a network is processed. Meta data associated with the span traffic is transmitted to a hyper context cloud server. It is determined whether the span traffic meta data matches a policy condition. Responsive to the span traffic meta data matching a policy condition, a policy is triggered. It is determined whether an action associated with the triggered policy is segment. Responsive to determining that the action is segment, a MAC address of the computing device is added to a segment name provided in the policy. The segment name is pushed to one or more enforcement points associated with the network.

  • Patent number: 11538051
Abstract: Techniques are described for machine learning-based generation of target segments is leveraged in a digital medium environment. A segment targeting system generates training data to train a machine learning model to predict strength of correlation between a set of users and a defined demographic. Further, a machine learning model is trained with visit statistics for the users to predict the likelihood that the users will visit a particular digital content platform. Those users with the highest predicted correlation with the defined demographic and the highest likelihood to visit the digital content platform can be selected and placed within a target segment, and digital content targeted to the defined demographic can be delivered to users in the target segment.

  • Patent number: 11537602
Abstract: Computer implemented reconstruction of compliance mapping due to an update in a regulation in the compliance mapping by a computing device includes comparing a first version of a regulation in the compliance mapping to a second, updated version of the first regulation. A change in the second version with respect to the first version is identified. The change may be an added control description, a deleted control description, or an updated control description. Upon determining that the change is an updated control description, the updated control description is analyzed to determine a type of update. The mapping of the regulation is reconstructed based on the change and, if the change is an updated control description, the type of update, using at least one of natural language processing and/or machine learning. The risk of the reconstructed mapping is assessed, and a service owner is notified about the risk of the changes.

  • Patent number: 11537314
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for bringing a volume of a consistency group (CG) into an in-synchronization (InSync) state while other volumes of the CG remain in the InSync state. According to an example, in order to support recovery from disruptive events in a manner that ensures a zero recovery point objective (RPO) guarantee and insulates an application making use of the CG from adverse impacts, responsive to a triggering event, a Fast Resync process may first be attempted to promptly bring an affected volume back into an in-synchronization (InSync) state from an out of synchronization (OOS) state while allowing other members of the CG to remain in the InSync state. Should the Fast resync process be unsuccessful in bringing the volume back into the InSync state within a predetermined or configurable time threshold, then a second type of resynchronization process may be employed at the CG level.

  • Patent number: 11525958
Abstract: Configurations for a photonics device with a vertical outcoupler and fabrication operations thereof are disclosed. The photonics device may include an off-cut substrate with a cavity. The cavity may be coated with a buffer layer, which may form the vertical outcoupler. The cavity may be filled with a fill material that provides structural integrity to the cavity. The off-cut substrate may have a first and a second cladding layer above and below it, to provide cladding for the waveguide structure. In some examples, light may propagate through the off-cut substrate and may be received by the outcoupler. The outcoupler may reflect and redirect the light out of the waveguide structure and toward one or more optical elements. The optical element(s) may provide the light to a launch region in a system interface and/or to a sample.
