  • Patent number: 12367943
Abstract: In a memory system, receiver reference voltage adjustment per path provides the capability to adjust receiver reference voltages on a per path basis. Adjustment of receiver reference voltages for the memory device to an optimal receiver reference voltage per path is accomplished with dedicated mode registers and a local receiver voltage reference adjuster circuit in the memory device for each data path. The optimal receiver reference voltage is determined during training based on selected feedback per path from the memory device. The dedicated mode registers contain adjustment values that were previously programmed during training, and include adjustments steps to add to or subtract from a global receiver reference voltage for all paths until reaching the optimal receiver reference voltage for a current path.

  • Patent number: 12366834
Abstract: A device for controlling an operation of a system performing a task determines a current control input based on the feedback signal by solving a polynomial optimization of a polynomial function with a reformulation derived by introducing additional variables reducing the degree of the polynomial function till a target degree subject to constraints on a structure of the additional variables. The device solves a mixed-integer optimization problem to find a subset of encodings among all possible encodings of factorizations of the polynomial function that reduce the degree of the polynomial function to the target degree with a predetermined minimum number of additional variables and selects an optimal encoding from the subset of encodings with an optimal relaxation bound.

  • Patent number: 12367022
Abstract: In a method a computer-implemented efficiency analyzer selects operators from an intermediate representation of a dataflow program. The operators are included in a mapping of the operators to hardware of a computing system to execute the dataflow program. Based on the mapping and a description of the hardware, the efficiency analyzer computes an execution metric associated with executing the operators on the hardware. Based on the execution metric and hardware description, the efficiency analyzer determines an inefficiency metric, and based on the inefficiency metric, the efficiency analyzer determines an inefficiency associated with the dataflow program. The computing system to execute the dataflow program can comprise a coarse grain computing system and the hardware can include a reconfigurable processor of the computing system.
