  • Publication number: 20220264054
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described for determining a power state of a device. Identification data may be received, e.g., in a media device hub, from one or more devices coupled to the device hub. In some example implementations, the devices coupled to the device hub may comprise an intermediate device coupled to the hub via a first multimedia cable and a sink media device coupled to the intermediate device via a second multimedia cable. Attributes may be identified in the received identification data, such as attributes relating to one or more of the coupled devices. The attributes may be associated with one or more of the devices that are coupled to the device hub. Based on an association of attributes, a power state of one or more of the devices coupled to the hub may be determined.

  • Publication number: 20220257517
Abstract: A powder composition contains 50 to 95% by weight of a copolymer mixture A of a copolymer 1 and a copolymer 2, and 50 to 5% by weight of a water-soluble cellulose B. The copolymer 1 contains 5 to 60% by weight of polymerized units of methacrylic acid and 95 to 40% by weight of C1- to C4-alkylesters of (meth)acrylic acid. The copolymer 2 contains more than 95 and up to 100% by weight of polymerized units of C1- to C4-alkylesters of (meth)acrylic acid. The powder composition originates from the co-processing of the copolymer mixture A and the water-soluble cellulose B by a drying process of an aqueous dispersion, such as spray drying or freeze drying. Further processing leads to a compressed dosage form.

  • Patent number: 11413638
Abstract: A dispenser pump has a plunger operable in a body including an outer cylinder body having a vent opening in its sidewall and a body insert fitting into the top of the outer body and providing an external collar through which the plunger stem operates. The body insert has lock-down threads to lock down the plunger for shipping. The insert also has formations for blocking or unblocking the vent opening by rotation between the outer body and body insert, driven by rotation of the plunger head which makes a catch engagement with the top of the body insert. This plunger head rotation is the locking or unlocking action for the plunger lock-down. Blocking the vent during shipping reduces leakage.

  • Patent number: 11418189
Abstract: A driver circuit drives a high voltage I/O interface using stacked low voltage devices in the pull-up and pull-down portions of the driver. The transistor closest to the PAD in the pull-up portion receives a dynamically adjusted gate bias voltage adjusted based on the value of the data supplied to the output circuit and the transistor in the pull-down portion closest to the PAD receives the same dynamically adjusted gate bias voltage. The transistors closest to the power supply nodes receive gate voltages that are level shifted from the core voltage levels of the data supplied to the output circuit. The transistors in the middle of the pull-up and pull-down transistor stacks receive respective static gate voltages. The bias voltages are selected such that the gate-drain, source-drain, and gate-source voltages of the transistors in the output circuit do not exceed the voltage tolerance levels of the low voltage devices.

  • Patent number: 11418060
Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus for wireless charging are disclosed. A charging device has a resonant circuit comprising one or more transmitting coils, a driver circuit configured to provide a charging current to the resonant circuit, a zero-crossing detector configured to provide a zero-crossing signal that includes edges corresponding to transitions of a voltage measured across the resonant circuit through a zero volt level or corresponding to transitions of a current in the resonant circuit through a zero ampere level and a controller. The controller may be configured to cause the driver circuit to provide the charging current to the resonant circuit when a receiving device is present on a surface of the charging device, and control a level of power that is wirelessly transferred to the receiving device by phase-aligning the charging current with a phase-modulation signal generated from the zero-crossing signal.

  • Patent number: 11418203
Abstract: Clock circuits designed to compensate for supply voltage fluctuations (e.g., supply voltage droops) in central processing units (CPUs) are described. The clock circuits described herein involve reducing the clock frequency in response to a decrease to the supply voltage to a value that is approximately equal (or below) to the maximum operating frequency of the CPU at that particular supply voltage. The clock circuits described herein may include a frequency locked loops (FLL). Such FLLs may be designed to lock to a reference frequency when the supply voltage is approximately constant and to deviate from the reference frequency in response to variations in the supply voltage. In some embodiments, an FLL operates in the same supply voltage domain as the CPU.

  • Patent number: 11416909
Abstract: A shared “universal” virtual shopping cart (“the cart”) may be provided by a host to enable information sharing between multiple disparate electronic marketplaces provided by various merchants. The host may obtain user information via the cart to improve interactions with a user. The host may recommend an item to the user that is offered at a lower price and related to an item retained in the user's cart. The host may also recommend items based on a user's purchase history, such as complementary items (e.g., up-sell items) and items other users may recommend. In some aspects, the host may compile best selling lists based on data from multiple electronic marketplaces. The host may also perform user specific operations such as indicate an item in a cart is a duplicate of a previous purchase and monitor a price and/or available quantities of an item in the cart.
