Abstract: In an approach to determine a product rating a computer receives a user request for a product rating. The computer retrieves from on-line sources, product information on the product and analyzes the product information to determine a first product rating. The analysis includes at least a sentiment, and a trend of the sentiment. The approach includes a computer identifying products similar to the product and retrieving from on-line sources product information on similar products. A computer extracts comments on the product from the similar product information and determines an adjustment to the first product rating based on an analysis of the comments and references to the product in the similar product information. The adjustment to the first product rating includes using a sentiment, a trend of the sentiment over time, and a frequency of comments and references to the product over time in the retrieved plurality of similar product information.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the present invention, machines, systems, computer-implemented methods and computer program products for retrieving information pertaining to an affinity of a user are provided. In some embodiments, a search query is received from a user. The search query is analyzed to determine a bias of the user. The social media activity of the user is evaluated to determine affinity indicators for the user. Prior searches and selection of search results by the user is evaluated to detect patterns of the user. An affinity of the user is determined based on the bias, affinity indicators, and patterns. Initial search results are generated that satisfy the search query, and the initial search results are filtered based on the determined affinity of the user to produce search results in accordance with the determined affinity of the user.

Abstract: Electronic communications of team members of a team are monitored over time. Individual repeating patterns of interactions between team members and associated repeating subject matter topics of the interactions are identified. The identified individual repeating patterns and the associated repeating subject matter topics of the interactions are aggregated into a set of group interaction patterns of the team. Routine availability of a team member for additional interactions is determined in accordance with the set of group interaction patterns of the team.

An incoming call from a second communication device to the first communication device can be detected. Responsive to detecting the incoming call, a ringback tone indicating the current demeanor of the first user can be automatically selected. The ringback tone can be communicated to the second communication device for presentation to a second user who is using the second communication device.

More specifically, the crowdsourcing data analysis operation receives data from a plurality of crowd sourced devices, aggregates the data received from the plurality of crowd sourced devices and maps the data received from the plurality of crowd sourced devices to a cohort (i.e., a group of individuals used in a study who have something in common). Responsive to determining that the conversation should be unmuted for the first user, the conversation can be unmuted and the electronic message inbox of the first user can be configured to make visible at least the additional electronic message.
