Abstract: An information processing apparatus obtains, from an F-CMDB for managing CIs regarding resources and their attribute values, CIs with the type and attribute of the resource for which a rule is to be created for use at the time of comparison between CIs. From the F-CMDB for managing CIs of SRC and CIs of DST, and relations between SRC and DST together, the information processing apparatus also obtains CI pairs with SRC including any CI previously obtained and also having a relation corresponding to the determination objective of the rule. Then, the information processing apparatus subjects CIs of SRC with the same classification as that defined in a CI of DST to grouping. Then, the information processing apparatus stores a group of CIs of SRC obtained through grouping in a rule DB as a rule for the determination objective.

Abstract: A policy change processing apparatus is used for controlling a system, and processes a change in a content of a plurality of policies specified so that contents of the policies do not conflict with each other. The policy change processing apparatus includes: a changeable scope storing unit that stores therein a changeable scope for each of the policies, the changeable scope indicating a scope where a policy content is changeable without causing a conflict with any other policies; and a changeable scope determining unit that determines whether a policy content accepted as a change target of a predetermined policy is within the changeable scope of the predetermined policy, the changeable scope being stored in the changeable scope storing unit.

Abstract: A process information structuring support system includes a first acquisition part configured to acquire a process information showing a flow of a plurality of processing elements and containing a plurality of related elements associated with the plurality of processing elements respectively, a holding part configured to hold structured information obtained by structuring information about the plurality of related elements, a second acquisition part configured to acquire the structured information held by the holding part, a generation part configured to generate structured process information by structuring the plurality of processing elements in the process information acquired by the first acquisition part in accordance with the structured information acquired by the second acquisition part and an output part configured to output the structured process information generated by the generation part.

Abstract: A recording medium records an error management program for managing an error generated in an apparatus causes a computer to determine whether the error generated in the apparatus is a known error for which an action to cope with has been established. When the error generated in the apparatus is not determined to be a known error, the error is sorted as a new unknown error, and correlation of the new unknown error with an existing unknown error which has been determined to be an unknown error in the past is determined. When correlation of the new unknown error with the existing unknown error is found, new unknown error and the existing unknown error are classified into one group. Action priority of the classified unknown error group is determined; and the unknown error group for which the action priority has been determined is registered in an unknown error pool database.

Abstract: Server management data describes observed operating condition of a pool of spare servers. Based on a demand forecast of a specific target system, a dynamic allocation period is determined as a period during which the target system needs additional server resources to handle an expected demand. Based on the dynamic allocation period and server management data, a set of allocation candidates are nominated from the spare server pool, by eliminating therefrom spare servers which are likely to fail during the dynamic allocation period. An appropriate allocation candidate is then selected for allocation to the target system, such that the selected candidate will satisfy a specified requirement during its allocation period.

Abstract: A routing loop detection program that controls a computer to be operated as equipment including a counter that counts the number of packets whose IP header includes the hop number for each of all the possible hop numbers when a packet capture device connected to a network acquires all packets captured within a predetermined period, a discriminator that discriminates whether a flat portion or a sawtooth portion exists in a histogram based on the number of packets for the respective hop numbers counted by the counter, and an output portion that notifies a sign of occurrence of routing loop when the discriminator discriminated that the histogram has the flat portion or the sawtooth portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a medium, server monitor device, and server monitor method which are capable of obtaining an audit trail even if an administrator authority of a server leaks. The server monitor program is to be executed by a computer of an ATP 3 connected between a client machine 2 and a server machine 1. The server monitor program comprises: a relay step that relays between the client machine 2 and the server machine 1, and manages information concerning the relay by a relay information management table 32; and a server state monitor step that determines whether the server machine 1 works abnormally or not, based on communication between the ATP 3 and the server machine 1, and records, in a relay log 33, information included in relay information corresponding to relay to the server machine 1 and included in the relay information management table 32 if the server machine 1 is determined as working abnormally.
