  • Publication number: 20060118520
Abstract: In a vacuum processing chamber, an etching is performed on an object to be processed having at least a mask layer formed in a predetermined pattern and a Ti layer, as a layer to be etched, formed under the mask layer. During the etching, a first plasma processing is carried out to etch the Ti layer by using a plasma of an etching gas containing a fluorine compound at an inner pressure of the chamber of 4 Pa or less. Subsequently, a second plasma processing for dry cleaning is performed by using a plasma of a cleaning gas after the first plasma processing is completed. At this time, a deposit containing a Ti compound produced during the plasma processing is removed.

  • Publication number: 20060098667
Abstract: A network environment capable of performing a smooth and comfortable TCP session operation is provided to a user. The session relay equipment includes a bridge portion which relays a session by which a sequence of packets are transmitted and received between terminals connected with each other via a network; a socket information table which has socket information containing (1) address information of the terminal and (2) protocol information used in the session, the socket information being associated with information on whether or not the session is to be terminated; and a service information table which has information on a communication service to be provided for each service provision unit, the communication service being identified based on predetermined information within a header of the packet. The bridge portion terminates the session and executes a communication service based on the information contained in the header of the packet and the socket information.

  • Patent number: 6446761
Abstract: In order to make it possible to transmit and receive information between terminals and to reduce the number of wires used for an elevator in a building in an elevator system by transmitting and receiving information through wireless transmission even if a very weak radio wave having a narrow communicable range is used, an elevator control unit, a car terminal and floor terminals are individually provided with short distance wireless transmitting/receiving units having a communicable range of nearly a 2-floor distance (5 to 6 m) using very weak radio waves. The radio waves are received and transmitted between the wireless transmitting/receiving units located within the communicable range to transmit information by a relaying method of sequentially transferring information from terminal to terminal until it reaches a final destination.

  • Patent number: 6374165
Abstract: In a railway information transmission method and system wherein information is transmitted by a consecutive transmission mode between on-vehicle control equipment and ground control equipment, a redundant code which is updated in accordance with a predetermined procedure every transmission processing is affixed to information to-be-communicated, the information being then transmitted, and on a reception side, a logical operation is performed on the redundant code which is contained in the received information and a redundant code which is created on this side and which is updated in a predetermined procedure. Thus, the trouble of a transmission path can be simply found, and further, the safety. of train service based on an automatic train control or the like can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20010052901
Abstract: A plurality of letter output devices (workstations, printers) are connected to a letter data control device by a transmission path. The control device stores letter data for transmission to the letter output devices, and is able to convert that letter data to a desired layout (e.g. from a vector font to a dot font) and then transmits the converted letter data to one or more of the letter output devices. The control device is able to select part of its stored letter data for transmission so that only commonly used letter data need be transmitted during start up of the system. Since a large amount of letter data may be stored in the control device, and only part may be transmitted to the letter output devices, those output devices can have a relatively small memory.
