  • Publication number: 20070235645
Abstract: The charged particle beam device of this invention separately detects secondary signal particles emitted from the surface of a sample, dark field signal particles scattered within and transmitted through the sample, bright field signal particles transmitted through the sample without being scattered within the sample, and thereby allows the operator to observe the image with an optimum contrast according to applications. In order to detect only the dark field transmitted signal particles scattered within the sample, among the transmitted signal particles obtained by the primary charged particle beams having transmitted through the thin film sample, the device includes a transmitted signal conversion member having an opening through which the bright field transmitted signal particles not being scattered within the sample can pass, and a detection means for detecting signals colliding against the conversion member.

  • Patent number: 6762685
Abstract: A wrist portable information apparatus has a case containing a circuit board having a wireless communication circuit for performing wireless communication and a voice processing circuit for performing voice processing. First and second straps are connected to the case to mount the case to a user's wrist. A speaker is disposed in one of the case and the first strap to output processed voice from the voice processing circuit, and a microphone is disposed in one of the case and the second strap to input voice to the voice processing circuit. A contact mechanism is provided with an electrically connected state which is changed in response to opening and closing of at least one of the first strap and the second strap. A detecting circuit detects opening and closing of the first strap or the second strap by detecting the connected state of the contact mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20020097158
Abstract: To provide wrist portable information apparatus promoting operability. A main body case is attached with a 12 o'clock side strap and a 6 o'clock side strap and includes a circuit block and an electrode terminal B constituting a portion of a contact mechanism. The circuit block is constituted by CPU, ROM, RAM, an input apparatus, a display device, a wireless circuit, a voice circuit, an informing apparatus and a portion of a strap opening and closing detecting circuit. CPU is connected with the wireless circuit and the voice circuit for voice speech. Further, CPU is connected with the display device for displaying data received by a wireless signal and displaying setting of the circuit block and the input apparatus for inputting change in the setting and instruction operation of the circuit block to CPU. Further, ROM of the circuit block is stored with data of various programs and character fonts.

  • Patent number: 5754096
Abstract: An electronic apparatus with a vibration informing function comprises a vibrating device capable of vibrating for providing information. A reference signal generation circuit outputs a reference signal for producing an operation timing signal. A vibration control device judges whether to vibrate the vibration device and outputs a vibration alarm ON signal in synchronism with the reference signal output by the reference signal generating circuit when it is judged to vibrate the vibration device. A vibrating device control circuit stores predetermined intermittent driving patterns and outputs one of the predetermined intermittent driving patterns in synchronism with the reference signal output by the reference signal generating circuit when the vibration alarm ON signal output by the vibration control device is input thereto.
