Abstract: A vehicle headlamp system includes a headlamp having multiple control devices and an ECU. Each of the control devices controls a light irradiation condition of the headlamp. The ECU stores vehicle constants, error code information and initialization information corresponding to different types of vehicle, and controls the control devices. When a vehicle type is changed, the ECU selects at least one of the vehicle constants corresponding to the changed vehicle type, clears the stored error code information and the initialization information after selecting the at least one of the vehicle constants, stores initialization information corresponding to the changed vehicle type, and initializes the control devices. The ECU recognizes dependencies between the control devices and, if the control devices include a first control device that is independent, executes normal control by the first control device directly after initializing the first control device.

Abstract: A curvature estimation unit estimates the curvature of the road on which a vehicle is driving. A swivel angle setting unit is configured to perform a first mode in which a swivel angle of a lamp unit is set such that a light distribution pattern follows the travelling direction of the vehicle based on the curvature estimated by the curvature estimation unit, and perform a second mode in which a swivel angle of the lamp unit is set such that a shielded area created in a light distribution pattern follows the position of the vehicle detected by a vehicle position detector. A pattern determination unit determines a light distribution pattern such that the position of the vehicle detected by the vehicle position detector remains in the shielded area. A swivel angle setting unit performs the first mode when it is determined that the road is a curved road based on the curvature estimated by the curvature estimation unit, and performs the second mode when it is determined that the road is a straight road.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a server apparatus includes a memory, a determination module and a controller. The memory stores a management table associating terminal IDs specifying the terminals with media processing abilities owned by the terminals. The determination module refers the management table and determines whether information showing a media processing ability corresponding to the first terminal and information showing a media processing ability corresponding to the second terminal coincide with each other based on the reference result. The controller executes first processing for making speech connection between the first terminal and the second terminal by a peer-to-peer when the media processing abilities coincide with each other, and executes second processing for leading in a speech path between the first terminal and the second terminal to convert into the same media processing ability when the media processing abilities non-coincide with each other.

Abstract: The present invention provides a radiation imaging system, a power supplying apparatus, a charging apparatus, and a radiation imaging method that can prevent misidentification of an imaging subject to be imaged without detracting the portability of a radiation imaging apparatus. Namely, a memory that stores imaging subject information associated with the imaging subject is disposed in the power supplying apparatus which is configured to be mounted detachably to an electronic cassette.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a telephone system which realizes voice communication by using a packet network comprises an exchange which accommodates a telephone terminal as its extension and a call processing server which processes calls on the packet network. The exchange comprises a first trunk connected to the packet network, a second trunk connected to a public network having a different protocol from that of the packet network, a monitoring module which monitors the call processing server, and when a failure occurs in the call processing server, deactivates the first trunk, and a call control module which transfers a transmission request which is made from the telephone terminal to the packet network to the second trunk when the transmission request is made and performs a detour transmission to the public network in a status where the first trunk is inactive.
