Abstract: Systems and methods for performing entity resolution. In some aspects, the system obtains a plurality of attributes represented in a plurality of records from one or more sources. The system generates a plurality of match vectors based on the plurality of attributes. Each match vector includes a set of attributes that match between a pair of records and a remaining set of attributes that are not required to match between the pair of records. The system processes the plurality of match vectors using an entity resolution model trained to output a binary indicator regarding whether one or more pairs of records for a match vector be merged. The system merges the one or more pairs of records for each match vector of the plurality of match vectors having a corresponding binary indicator output from the entity resolution model that pairs of records for the match vector be merged.

Abstract: Systems and methods relating to usage of multimodal transportation systems are disclosed. Such systems and methods may identify available local transportation modes for a user, such as vehicle-sharing, ridesharing, rental vehicles, taxicabs, owned vehicles, or public transit options. The available transportation modes may be compared, and recommendations may be presented to the user. Routes may be identified, compared, or recommended to a user, and scheduling or ticket purchasing may be facilitated. With user permission, user transportation data may be collected via a smartphone to identify user transportation patterns and preferences, thereby improving recommendations regarding and assessment of user transportation. Information regarding risks or other relevant factors associated with various transportation modes may be assessed for a user based upon typical characteristics of user transportation choices over a plurality of transportation scenarios, which may be indicated by a user transportation profile.

Abstract: A charged particle optics for a charged particle beam apparatus having a charged particle beam and a beam propagation direction of the charged particle beam apparatus is described. The charged particle optics includes a focusing lens. The focusing lens includes a first electrode with a first aperture; a second electrode with a second aperture, the second electrode being mechanically movable at least in a first direction perpendicular to the beam propagation direction; and an actuator coupled to the second electrode to move the second electrode in at least the first direction for displacement of the second aperture with respect to the first aperture. The charged particle optics further includes a deflection system positioned upstream of the second electrode to deflect the charged particle beam, based on the displacement, to guide the charged particle beam through the second aperture.

The tine housing may support an extending plurality of tines and a distal-most electrode. An inner chamber is bounded at least in part by the elongated housing and the tine housing with an adhesive fill port in fluid communication with the inner chamber. A method of assembling the IMD includes forming the inner chamber and substantially filling the inner chamber with an adhesive through the adhesive fill port. The method may include curing the filling adhesive.

Abstract: A magnetic multipole device for influencing a charged particle beam propagating along an optical axis is provided. The magnetic multipole device includes a first magnetic deflector for deflecting the charged particle beam in an x-direction with a plurality of first saddle coils; and a second magnetic deflector for deflecting the charged particle beam in a y-direction perpendicular to the x-direction with a plurality of second saddle coils. The first and second saddle coils are arranged around the optical axis in a 12-pole magnetic corrector structure with 12 poles provided at uniformly spaced angular intervals. The 12-pole magnetic corrector structure is configured to exert a beam correction field of a magnetic 12-pole corrector on the charged particle beam. Further provided are a charged particle beam apparatus with a magnetic multipole device and a method of influencing a charged particle beam propagating along an optical axis with a magnetic multipole device as described herein.
