At least one group of contact pads includes a plurality of contact pads, at least one of the plurality of contact pads includes a first contact pad metal layer and a second contact pad metal layer, the second contact pad metal layer covers an edge of the first contact pad metal layer. The first insulation layer is located in gaps between the plurality of contact pads and covers edges of the plurality of contact pads, and is configured to expose surfaces of the plurality of contact pads facing away from the base substrate.

    Abstract: This application discloses a silicon carbide (SiC)-loaded graphene photocatalyst for hydrogen production under visible light irradiation and a preparation method thereof. Pure SiC and pure black carbon are respectively prepared and mixed to obtain a mixture with a resistance less than 100?. Then the mixture was vacuumized and processed with a current pulse with an increasing voltage until a breakdown occurs, and subjected to ultrasonic stirring, centrifugal washing and vacuum drying in turn to obtain the SiC-loaded graphene photocatalyst. By means of the current pulse, a heterojunction is formed between SiC and graphene to improve the catalytic activity of the photocatalyst; and the photocatalytic hydrogen production rate of SiC nanoparticles can be enhanced after loaded on the graphene.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for separating a neural crest derived cell from peripheral blood. In the present disclosure, a mononuclear cell is separated from the peripheral blood and then directly cultured, thereby maximizing use of a neural crest stem cell with a differentiation potential to avoid loss of the neural crest stem cell. In the method of the present disclosure, a sample to be separated is derived from the peripheral blood. The method shows less trauma and low cost. Most importantly, compared to extracting the neural crest derived cell from tissues, the neural crest derived cell extracted from the peripheral blood can be used clinically as a type of biomarker.
