  • Publication number: 20190020193
Abstract: A direct current switch-off device comprises an on-state current branch circuit and a current commutating and breaking unit which are connected in parallel. The on-state current branch circuit has a mechanical switch (S) and a current transfer module which are connected in series. The current commutating and breaking unit comprises a bridge-type branch circuit and a current-breaking branch circuit. The current-breaking branch circuit and two bridge arms of the bridge-type branch circuit are connected in parallel. The current-breaking branch circuit comprises a nonlinear resistor (RI) and a valve group consisting of fully-controlled devices connected in series. The nonlinear resistor (RI) and the valve group are connected in parallel. Two ends of each fully-controlled device in the valve group are connected in parallel with a buffering and reclosing circuit.

  • Publication number: 20180334723
Abstract: A method of detecting the presence of a prostate cancer field defect in a human subject comprising the step of (a) obtaining genomic DNA from the human subject and (b) quantitating methylation in at least one target region selected from the group consisting of CAV1, EVX1, MCF2L, FGF1, NCR2 and WNT2 and EXT1 and SPAG4 target, wherein significant methylation changes indicate the presence of prostate cancer or a prostate cancer field defect, wherein the change is relative to tissue from a second human subject who does not have prostate cancer.

  • Publication number: 20180329641
Abstract: Aspects provide multi-tier data synchronization based on a concurrent linked monitor list. A computer processor associates each of different data regions of a packed data object with different mutual exclusion monitor nodes of a linked list, the data regions defined by a data offset location within memory data and a length of the data region from the offset. In response to determining that a first data region of the packed data object is on-heap memory, the processor associates the first data region with a container representative of the linked list sorted in ascending order of the respective offset values, and a hash code of the container; and in response to determining that a second data region of the packed data object is off-heap memory, stores container information for the second data region in the linked list and resorts the linked-list nodes of container information in ascending order of offset values.

  • Publication number: 20180256492
Abstract: The present invention relates to osmotic delivery devices, formulations, and methods for delivery of two or more beneficial agents. In one aspect, the present invention provides osmotic delivery devices useful for substantially concurrent administration of two or more beneficial agents. In another aspect, the present invention provides beneficial agent formulations for use in the osmotic delivery devices. The formulations include formulations wherein beneficial agents are soluble in the vehicle, suspension formulations comprising particle formulations of one or more beneficial agent, and combinations thereof. Further, methods for treatment of a variety of diseases or conditions using two or more beneficial agents are disclosed, wherein the methods are preferably practiced using the osmotic delivery devices and/or formulations of the invention.
