Abstract: A semiconductor structure with a protective ring and the method of forming the same are provided. The semiconductor structure may comprise an integrated circuit die and an encapsulant encircling the integrated circuit die in a top down view. The integrated circuit die may comprise a substrate having an electrical device, an interconnect structure on the substrate and electrically coupled to the electrical device, a seal ring in the interconnect structure and encircling the electrical device in the top down view, and a protective ring at least partially embedded in the substrate. The protective ring may encircle the seal ring in a top down view and may comprise a material different from a material of the substrate.

Abstract: A method for collecting residues of curable material includes: performing a curing process on a semiconductor wafer in a chamber, where the semiconductor wafer is held by a wafer cassette, and residues of curable material is formed in the chamber; and collecting the residues of curable material. A first portion of the residues dripping from a ceiling of the chamber is directed toward a tray using a flow-directing structure, where the flow-directing structure is below the ceiling of the chamber, the flow-directing structure includes a central opening and a slanted surface sloped to direct the first portion of the residues toward the central opening. The first portion of the residues is collected on a collecting surface of the tray which covers the central opening of the flow-directing structure.

The amplifier has an offset voltage and is configured to output a data voltage reflecting the offset voltage. The offset control circuit is configured to control, in response to an input control signal, the amplifier to output the data voltage reflecting the offset voltage in a positive direction or a negative direction. The data driving circuit may enhance the display quality of a low grayscale image.

Abstract: A media docking device is provided and includes an input module, an output module, and a process module. The input module is electrically connected to a media source device. The output module is electrically connected to multiple media playing devices and obtains device data from the media playing devices. The process module transmits the device data and screen numbers to the media source device through the input module. When determining to perform a display switch procedure, the process module modifies the device data and the screen numbers, and transmits the modified device data and the modified screen numbers to the media source device through the input module. The process module also transmits media data from the media source device to the corresponding media playing device.
