    Abstract: Disclosed is a beam energy dispersion adjusting mechanism for superconducting proton cyclotron. The adjusting mechanism includes a vacuum cavity, bases are symmetrically mounted on outer walls of four faces of the vacuum cavity in horizontal and vertical directions, an electric cylinder and a transmission mechanism are mounted on each of the four bases, a jaws block and a position fixing plate are correspondingly provided on an inner wall of the vacuum cavity at each face. The transmission mechanism includes an oil-free sleeve, a moving connecting rod onto which the position fixing plate is fixed, a corrugated pipe, and an electric cylinder connecting block whose both ends are screwed with the moving connecting rod and the electric cylinder, the jaws block is fixedly connected with the position fixing plate. The disclosure utilizes the electric cylinder to drive the jaws block to complete specified linear displacement, and satisfies back-end beam quality requirements.

    Abstract: A detection device and method for touch panel are provided. The device includes a wiring module configured to ground lead of at least one of first touch electrodes; and a processing module configured to detect capacitance value of at least one of second touch electrodes one by one, and determine whether the second touch electrode is broken circuit according to the capacitance value of each of the second touch electrodes which is adjacent to at least one of the first touch electrodes. During detection, the at least one first touch electrode is grounded, and the second touch electrode and the first touch electrode with a lead grounded form a capacitor. If the second touch electrode is not broken circuit, the capacitance value detected is greater than the capacitance value when the first touch electrode is not grounded. It is beneficial for detecting accurately whether the touch electrode is broken circuit.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a composite hydrological monitoring system, in which a counterweight component and a test component are respectively connected to both opposite ends of a strip and a plurality of sensors are disposed at different vertical positions. Accordingly, the scour depth can be measured by sensing the location of the counterweight component, whereas the water level and/or flow velocity can be determined by signals from the sensors. When the counterweight component moves downward with sinking of the riverbed, the strip would be pulled down and thus causes the test component to present a change in mechanical energy. Accordingly, the sinking depth can be measured by sensing the change of the mechanical energy. Additionally, since the water level variation would cause signal changes of the sensors arranged in a row along a vertical direction, the change of water level can be determined accordingly.

The processor may further activate a deadline aware scheduler of the module when the occupancy exceeds a first threshold and when the deadline aware scheduler was previously disabled, and deactivate the deadline aware scheduler when the occupancy falls below a second threshold and when the deadline aware scheduler was previously enabled. The module may request packets of the video chunk from a video server and select at least one active interface for the video server to send each packet. The deadline aware scheduler may select whether a secondary network interface is to be an active interface or a non-active interface.

The aspiration conduit has a pump end and a dressing end. The control circuit board is disposed in the housing, controls the pump to generate the negative pressure in the aspiration conduit, and applies negative pressure to the wound covered by the dressing via the aspiration conduit.
