Patent number: 12545473Abstract: A spill pallet including: a continuous, unitary, liftable sump-defining base having a bottom, side walls extending from and surrounding the bottom and terminating in an upper edge, a plurality of risers extending from the bottom, and a rim formed in the side walls below the upper edge; and at least one drum-supporting grate that is supportable on the plurality of risers and the rim of the base. Two fork channels that are accessible from a side of the base have a fork cavity height and a fork cavity width sufficient to permit the spill pallet to be lifted by a standard fork lift truck or by a standard pallet jack. The bases are configured such that they are stackable on and partially nestable within identical bases to form stacks, which can be shipped side-by-side as a partial load within a truck, trailer or container.Type: GrantFiled: October 20, 2022Date of Patent: February 10, 2026Assignee: ENPAC, L.L.C.Inventors: Timothy Reed, Lawrence Stanek, James Vanmeter, Brian Walters

Publication number: 20250231745Abstract: Systems, and methods are described for a ML model generating sections of code based on inputs. The systems of generating code may receive inputs. The first input may be a description of problems for solving and a specification of an output. The second input may be variables. The third input may be data categories associated with the variables and the output. The fourth input may be responses to prompts. The prompts may be generated by a ML model based on association between the first, second, and third inputs. Boilerplate sections of code may be determined by the ML model. Missing portions of code are determined. Missing portions of code may be associated with core sections of code. The ML model may utilize the inputs to generate code to fill in missing portions of code. Generated code including missing portions and sections of generated code are provided to a user interface.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 23, 2024Publication date: July 17, 2025Inventors: William Moten, Hardik Punjabi, Zhiyu Liu, Nehal Sheth, Shreyas Shrivastava, Vasanth Chandrasekaran, Carissa Ann Melasippo, Nathalie Saade, Deepak Agrawal, Jordan David Kendall, Brian Walters

Patent number: 12314045Abstract: Some implementations of the disclosure are directed to a method, comprising: receiving tapped data that was tapped from a controller of an industrial control system (ICS) while the controller executed first control code to control ICS devices of the ICS, the tapped data used during execution of the first control code, and the tapped data comprising input data obtained from one or more input components of the controller communicatively coupled to the ICS devices, or output data obtained from one or more output components of the controller communicatively coupled to the ICS devices; and after receiving the tapped data, executing, using at least the tapped data, second control code that provides an emulation of the controller, the emulation comprising running, using at least the tapped data, a process of the first control code at a faster rate than it is run by the controller executing the first control code.Type: GrantFiled: November 2, 2022Date of Patent: May 27, 2025Assignee: Disney Enterprises, Inc.Inventors: Justin Brock, Brian Walters, Nicholas Stantzos, Christopher Hofer, Mario Scarabino, Michael Tschanz

Patent number: 11550310Abstract: Some implementations of the disclosure are directed to tapping input/output (I/O) data from an industrial control system (ICS) or applying the tapped I/O data to a learned model to perform predictive or prescriptive maintenance. In one implementation, a method comprises: tapping I/O data from a controller of an ICS while the controller executes first control code to control one or more devices of the ICS; transmitting the tapped I/O data over a network to a second system; and executing, via the second system, second control code comprising an original or modified version of all or a subset of the first control code of the ICS, wherein the second control code executes in response to receiving the tapped I/O data. The output of executing the second control code may be provided to a model to predict a future event involving the ICS or to prescribe maintenance of the ICS.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 2019Date of Patent: January 10, 2023Assignee: Disney Enterprises, Inc.Inventors: Justin Brock, Brian Walters, Nicholas Stantzos, Christopher Hofer, Mario Scarabino, Michael Tschanz

Publication number: 20180108090Abstract: Among other things to provide exchanged based lifetime income stream by packaging annuities and other guaranteed payments into a pooled fund to be sold and traded as exchange based funds. Two approaches are planned, one with a closed pool of representative annuitants the other with an open pool of actual annuitants. The closed pool will determine the optimal weights of Male/Female and Unisex investments and the appropriate timing to rebalance to the actual annuitants as well as cash management and threshold for capital raises. The open pool will calculate the threshold for capital raises, cash management. Secondary market will supply liquidity through a process of qualifying the investor's health to allow for exchange in the secondary market. A machine based microprocessor with proprietary algorithm will adjust for different aged investors and contract features in the same fund. Exchanges will be through either existing exchanges or a web based bid/ask exchange.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 18, 2016Publication date: April 19, 2018Inventor: Brian Walters
