  • Publication number: 20250135212
Abstract: A method/device for fixing an intracardiac device at an anchoring region within the tissue of a patient's heart which allows fixing at a thin wall. The intracardiac device comprises one electrode and at least two tines attached at a distal end of the intra-cardiac device adjacent the electrode. Each of the tines has an S-form. The method including: the intra-cardiac device is moved towards the anchoring region with the tines facing forwards until the tines touch the tissue at the anchoring region, the tines are pressed against the tissue at the anchoring region such that the tines are pivoted and/or bent outwards, with the distal ends of the tines penetrating the tissue, and, the pressure on the tines is against the tissue is removed, thereby bunching a wall segment of the tissue by the tines and pulling this wall segment towards the electrode.

  • Publication number: 20250142556
Abstract: Coordinated Frequency Division Multiple Access (C-FDMA) for the simultaneous transmission of a basic Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) may be provided. C-FDMA may include determining sub-channels of a channel for one or more Access Points (APs). The sub-channels may then be assigned to the one or more APs. Transmit Opportunities (TxOps) may be scheduled for the one or more APs on the sub-channels. It may then be determined that a basic PPDU and an enhanced PPDU will be simultaneously transmitted on adjacent sub-channels. In response to determining the basic PPDU and the enhanced PPDU will be simultaneously transmitted on adjacent sub-channels, one or more Resource Units (RUs) of a sub-channel the enhanced PPDU will be transmitted on may be selected to disable transmission in.

  • Publication number: 20250136470
Abstract: The invention is a flow-through flow-through filter that can separate raw water and/or sewage to filtered stream, fine particle stream and grit stream in one hydraulic device. For raw lake and/or canal water intake application, the flow-through filter is placed inside a chamber box that is mounted on a water intake rack structure or diversion canal. The invention filters debris and organisms to prevent biomes formation in pumps and waterlines that delivers raw water to a water treatment plant. The flow-through filter withdraws flows from a raw water body without taking defined sediment, floating debris and target aquatic biomes and eliminates the need of discharging remnants to a sewage system. For wastewater treatment, the flow-through filter is installed over a wet well after the headwork rack and may replace the grit removal, primary clarifier, and the fine screening. The flow-through filter requires a much smaller footprint of the area and/or enclosed building that requires smaller odor control.

  • Publication number: 20250139501
Abstract: A machine learning platform operating at a server is described. The machine learning platform accesses a dataset from a datastore. A task that identifies a target of a machine learning algorithm from the machine learning platform is defined. The machine learning algorithm forms a machine learning model based on the dataset and the task. The machine learning platform deploys the machine learning model and monitors a performance of the machine learning model after deployment. The machine learning platform updates the machine learning model based on the monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20250139060
Abstract: A system and method for random-access manipulation of compacted data files, utilizing a reference codebook, a random-access engine, a data deconstruction engine, and a data deconstruction engine. The system may receive a data query pertaining to a data read or data write request, wherein the data file to be read from or written to is a compacted data file. A random-access engine may facilitate data manipulation processes by transforming the codebook into a hierarchical representation and then traversing the representation scanning for specific codewords associated with a data query request. In an embodiment, an estimator module is present and configured to utilize cardinality estimation to determine a starting codeword to begin searching the compacted data file for the data associated with the data query. The random-access engine may encode the data to be written, insert the encoded data into a compacted data file, and update the codebook as needed.

  • Publication number: 20250135088
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide a surgical cassette including pump assemblies with improved contact between a displacement sensor disposed within a surgical console and a diaphragm disposed within the surgical cassette. Each pump assembly includes a diaphragm retainer ring that provides a sufficient creepage and clearance margin, acts as a lead-in for the displacement sensor, assists in preventing misalignment, and provides robustness for the ultrasonic welding process which couples the diaphragm retainer ring to the surgical console. The diaphragm retainer ring is impregnated with a lubricant so to facilitate seating of the displacement sensor with the cassette. A cantilever portion of the diaphragm retainer ring increases a creepage and clearance margin, as well as increases overall part strength in the event of a collision with the displacement sensor and during ultrasonic welding. An insulator is also provided that further increases the creepage and clearance margin.

  • Publication number: 20250139059
Abstract: A system and methods for adaptive bandwidth-efficient data encoding comprising: a sequence analyzer configured to analyze a received sequence dataset, maintain a count of unique characters, and identify positions where the unique character count increases by a power of two; an adaptive sourceblock optimizer that determines and dynamically adjusts optimal sourceblock sizes based on dataset characteristics; and a data deconstruction engine that deconstructs the dataset into sourceblocks and creates codewords for storage or transmission. The system analyzes sequence complexity, alphabet size, and character frequency distribution to optimize sourceblock sizes, and uses machine learning to improve decision-making over time. This adaptive approach enhances compression efficiency across varied genomic data types, including genome graphs, while maintaining data integrity and security.
