  • Publication number: 20250143626
Abstract: A nerve integrity monitoring device includes a control module and a physical layer module. The control module is configured to generate a payload request. The payload request (i) requests a data payload from a sensor in a wireless nerve integrity monitoring network, and (ii) indicates whether a stimulation probe device is to generate a stimulation pulse. The physical layer module is configured to (i) wirelessly transmit the payload request to the sensor and the stimulation probe device, or (ii) transmit the payload request to a console interface module. The physical layer module is also configured to, in response to the payload request, (i) receive the data payload from the sensor, and (ii) receive stimulation pulse information from the stimulation probe device. The data payload includes data corresponding to an evoked response of a patient. The evoked response is generated based on the stimulation pulse.

  • Publication number: 20250148037
Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems and methods are described that relate to providing, in a browser environment, a sidebar search capability to users. Once in a primary content page, the user is able to select text for searching. In response, the system provides a context menu or keyboard shortcut that includes an option for conducting a sidebar search. In response to user selection, the system passes highlighted or selected text as a parameter to the search engine. The results are provided in an area alongside the currently displayed content page, such as in a sidebar search pane. The user is able to experience search results without leaving the context of their current search tab.

  • Publication number: 20250146585
Abstract: A check valve having a through-flow grooved poppet is provided in which the poppet includes a plurality of helically-oriented grooves around the exterior surface of the poppet, as well as a set of poppet apertures. When the check valve is displaced from a closed position, fluid flows from a first port to a second port by passing through both the set of poppet apertures and the plurality of helically-oriented groves positioned on the exterior of the poppet. The poppet thus provides multiple flow paths which improves the performance of the check valve by reducing the pressure drop upon activation.

  • Publication number: 20250144450
Abstract: A rope wrench comprising or including a base plate having a lever arm at one end and a lever handle opposite the lever arm, a pair of bollards at the lever arm end for receiving therebetween an anchored climbing rope, and a gate spaced from the back plate and pivotable about one of the bollards, thereby permitting mid-rope access to the bollards when open and preventing mid-rope detachment when closed, the arrangement being such that when the gate is closed and the lever arm is rotated by the handle about the major axis of one of the bollards they collectively cause the rope to assume a serpentine shape to shorten the effective length of the main rope and assist ascent by the climber or to impart friction to the rope when descending whereby to permit controlled descent.

  • Patent number: 12291664
Abstract: A surfactant composition in aqueous phase includes 0.5% to 15% by weight of an alkoxylated block copolymer and 0.5% to 15% by weight of an alcohol ethoxylate. The non-ionic alkyl ethoxylate is a fast wetting agent. The block copolymer, which is characterized by a longer wetting time than the non-ionic alkyl ethoxylate, disrupts the emulsion and allows the now-coated sulfur particles to escape the existing emulsion. The composition may also include an alkyl alcohol and/or glycol ether. The alkyl alcohol augments the emulsion-breaking capabilities of the diblock copolymer by providing additional surface tension reduction to the system, as well as emulsion inhibition at the aqueous-gaseous interface. The glycol ether acts as a mutual solvent, which also augments the emulsion breaking capabilities of the diblock copolymer by providing additional surface tension reduction to the system, as well as emulsion inhibition at the aqueous-gaseous interface.
