  • Patent number: 11781914
Abstract: An imaging system includes a focal plane array, readout electronics, and a computing system in which the number of active pixels is either set at a low-fraction of the total pixels thereby reducing the effect of radiation damage, or radiation damage over time is detected and automatically compensated. Machine learning is used to identify radiation damaged pixels and damaged regions which are subsequently eliminated and replaced by the computational system. The machine learning is used to identify changes in the fixed pattern signal/noise and/or noise of the system, and is then computationally corrected.

Abstract: Described are systems, techniques, and processes for pathology detection in radiological images. A process can include obtaining a radiological image corresponding to an imaged anatomical area. Based on processing the radiological image using a semantic segmentation neural network, a target map can be generated corresponding to a plurality of candidate anatomical defect locations within the cropped radiological image. At least one volume of interest (VOI) can be generated centered around a particular candidate anatomical defect location within the cropped radiological image. • Patent number: 11724825
Abstract: A satellite system may have a constellation of communications satellites in orbits such as highly inclined eccentric geosynchronous orbits and low earth orbits. To place satellites in inclined eccentric geosynchronous orbits, a series of launch vehicles may be launched. Each launch vehicle may be used to place a set of satellites, such as a set of three satellites, into a common orbital plane with distinct longitude of ascending node values. To place satellites in low earth orbits, a series of launch vehicles may be launched, each of which releases satellites in sequence from a stack of satellites into a common orbital plane. After desired separations have been produced between the released satellites, circularization procedures may be performed using the propulsion systems of the satellites to place the satellites into final orbit.

  • Patent number: 11704912
Abstract: A method is disclosed for evaluating a classifier used to determine a traffic light signal state in images. The method includes, by a computer vision system of a vehicle, receiving at least one image of a traffic signal device of an imminent intersection. The traffic signal device includes a traffic signal face including one or more traffic signal elements. The method includes classifying, by a traffic light classifier (TLC), a classification state of the traffic signal face using labeled images correlated to the received at least one image. The classification state controls an operation of the vehicle at the intersection. The method includes evaluating a performance of the classifying of the classification state generated by the TLC. The evaluation is a label-free performance evaluation based on unlabeled images. The method includes training the TLC based on the evaluated performance.

  • Publication number: 20230224290
Abstract: A server establishes a secure session with a client device where a private key used in the handshake is stored in a different server. An encrypted connection is established between the first server and the second server. A message is received from the client device that initiates a procedure to establish the secure session between the client device and the first server. As part of this procedure, the first server transmits over the encrypted connection a request to the second server to use the private key. The first server receives, over the encrypted connection, a response to the request that includes a result of the use of the private key. The first server uses the result during the procedure to establish the secure session.
