  • Publication number: 20120026694
Abstract: A Compartmentalized Pump Termination Enclosure for Multiple Pumps with Integral Load Disconnects assembly consisting of multiple compartments arranged so as to allow service of each individual load side compartment without exposure to line voltages while still maintaining operation of the other pumps within the pumping system. The assembly includes a plurality of load side disconnect compartments each including a lockable handle operator that that is interlocked with its corresponding load side compartment door. The handle operators are mechanically connected to the disconnecting devices via flexible cables or mechanical linkage. A key feature/distinction of this invention is that the disconnecting devices have their line and load side compartments segregated, so that when the handle operator is switched to the OFF position there are no components (e.g. disconnecting device and/or its conductors) within the load side compartment that remain energized by line voltage.

  • Patent number: 8036932
Abstract: Methods and media are provided for objectively valuing advertising content (or the potential viewer impact thereof) that occur during the course of an event or other presentation (such as TV sitcom). In one embodiment the method includes receiving a source of media, indexing a set of sponsorship images within the media to provide a set of indices, and providing valuation factors by aggregating the indices so that valuation factors can be derived that indicate a viewer's potential awareness of the advertising content or images therein. The valuation factors can be used in connection with a benchmark, such as the 30-second spot rate or time, to determine a value associated with the media source, including a monetary value.

  • Publication number: 20110191083
Abstract: The present invention provides a motion analysis system for measuring the relative function of one anatomical structure to another based on multiple accelerometer axis data, where the components of hard and soft tissue are used in analysis and where the data can be compared in a time series such that probabilities of involvement with various tissues can be correlated to the accelerometer data. The invention measures acceleration at various positions and can relate the data to various muscle and other soft tissue variations within the constraints of the anatomy and physiology including motion in three dimensional space, including rotations and translations and any functions including velocity and displacement.
