Abstract: A load control system may include load control devices for controlling power provided to an electrical load. The load control devices may include a control-source device and a control-target device. The control-target device may control the power provided to the electrical load based on digital messages received from the control-source device. A user device may discover load control devices when the load control devices are within an established range associated with the user device. The user device and the load control devices may communicate via a wireless communications module. The established range may be adjusted based on the configurable transmit power of the user device or the wireless communications module associated with the user device. A discovered control-target device may be associated with a control-source device to enable the control-target device to control the power provided to the electrical load based on digital messages received from the control-source device.

  • Publication number: 20160154565
Abstract: In an example embodiment, a user interface is presented for interacting with a trust map identifying trust relationships between clients/users and servers/hosts. The trust relationships are defined by public/private key pairs in Secure Shell (SSH), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), Transport Layer Security/Secure Sockets Layer (TLS/SSL), Secure Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME), Internet Protocol Security (IPsec), and so forth. A selected entity such as a server, client, client/server, key set, policy, and so forth is selected and displayed at the center of a hub/spoke diagram. Non-selected entities having a trust relationship with the hub entity are displayed as spokes. Similar spoke entitles may be grouped together. Trust relationships and related properties are displayed as lines between the hub and spoke entities. A user performs actions on the entities by manipulation of the hub, spoke, trust relationship and related user interface elements.

  • Patent number: 9223745
Abstract: A flexible database and iterative spatial search process is described. In an embodiment, a flexible database server is described which takes input queries in the form of XML strings describing a search specification and parses them using a stored procedure. Searching is performed by generating a temporary table for each term in the search specification and then comparing the temporary tables to pre-existing tables within the database to identify datasets that meet the search specification. An application is also described which generates the XML string in response to user input and which displays the results to a user. The application provides a user interface which enables users to select attributes of results, such as the spatial data associated with a dataset, to include in a second search specification and to trigger this new search.
