Abstract: There is provided inter alia a process for stabilizing a eukaryotic cell line which expresses PylRS and tRNAPyl and which is suitable for incorporation of a gene encoding a target protein containing one or more non-natural amino acids encoded by a nonsense codon which comprises culturing said cell line under conditions in which the adverse effect of tRNAPyl expression on cell viability and/or cell growth is reduced or eliminated.

A third zone includes six bolt ears and one alignment pin ear. A fourth zone has three bolt hole ears. A fifth zone includes five bolt hole ears and one oil passage ear. Abstract: An accessory drive gear for use in the integrated drive generator includes a gear body extending between a first end and a second end and having a plurality of gear teeth at a radially outer surface adjacent the first end, and the gear teeth having a gear tooth profile, with roll angles A, B, C, and D, and the roll angle at A being between 17.0 and 18.5°, the roll angle at B being between 20.0 and 21.5°, the roll angle at C being between 29.5 and 31.0°, and the roll angle at D being between 32.5 and 34.0°. In addition, an integrated drive generator is disclosed as is a method of replacing an accessory drive gear in an integrated drive generator.

Abstract: A trim ring gear for use in an integrated drive generator has a ring gear body extending between a first end and a second end. Outer gear teeth are formed on an outer surface, and inner gear teeth are formed on an inner surface. The outer tooth roll angle at A is between 16.0 and 17.5°, at B is between 17.5 and 190°, at C is between 22.0 and 23.5°, and at D is between 23.0 and 24.5°. The inner tooth roll angle at A is between 31.5 and 33.0°, at B is between 30.0 and 31.5°, at C is between 25.5 and 27.0°, and at D is between 24.0 and 25.5°. An integrated drive generator, and a method of replacing the trim ring gear are also disclosed and claimed.

Abstract: A disconnect shaft for use in an integrated drive generator longitudinally extending between a first end and a second end having a plurality of gear teeth extending longitudinally from a first face disposed at the first end. A cam ledge is at an intermediate location between the first end and the second end. An annular cavity is defined between an inner surface of an inner bore of the disconnect shaft and an outer surface of a radially inner portion of the disconnect shaft. A generator and a method are also disclosed.

Abstract: A cylinder block for use in an integrated drive generator has a shaft portion with a relatively small outer diameter and a cylindrical body portion having a larger outer diameter than the shaft portion, and said cylindrical body portion formed with a plurality of piston chambers, said cylindrical body portion extending from a first end to a second end, said second end being provided with cylindrical ports leading into said piston chambers and said cylindrical ports having a third end and a fourth end wherein a ratio of a first distance from said first end to said fourth end to a second distance from said first end to said second end being between 0.91 and 0.93. A generator and a method are also described.

Abstract: An approach is provided for managing requests by a cloud-based multipurpose messaging queue (MPMQ) located in a first computer. For each given request in requests received by the MPMQ, the MPMQ receives a specification of whether the given request is a standard or a critical request based on whether the given request requires an action by a second computer of a third party to respond to the given request. On condition that the received specification indicates that the given request is the critical request, a first message is added to a critical message queue to be accessed by the second computer, with the first message including response information helpful to the second computer in responding to the given request corresponding to the first message. On condition that the received specification indicates that the given request is the standard request, a first message is added to a standard message queue.

Abstract: A method for wagering, comprises receiving a bet regarding a spin of the reels of a slot machine. The method continues by determining a first symbol for a first reel of the slot machine based at least in part upon a first value and a second value. The first value is associated with a value of a digit of a first financial market indicator at a first point in time, and the second value is associated with the value of a digit of a second financial market indicator at the first point in time. The method continues by determining a second symbol for a second reel of the slot machine, and by determining a third symbol for a third reel of the slot machine. Abstract: A method and compound includes mixing dichloroglyoxime with an alcohol containing an alkyne functional group in methanol to create a mixture; adding a salt compound and water to the mixture to create bis-isoxazole diol; and nitrating the bis-isoxazole diol to create 3,3?-bis-isoxazole-5,5?-bis-methylene dinitrate, which has the structural formula: The alcohol containing an alkyne functional group may include propargyl alcohol. The salt compound may include sodium bicarbonate. The method may include nitrating the bis-isoxazole diol with nitric acid. The nitric acid may include at least a concentration of 90% nitric acid in water. Alternatively, the method may include nitrating the bis-isoxazole diol with 100% nitric acid and acetic anhydride. The salt compound and the water may be added to the mixture over at least a six-hour period. The method may include mixing the mixture after adding the salt compound and the water for at least ten hours.

Abstract: A method and system is provided for displaying and updating electronic information on a display device. In an exemplary aspect, the method includes storing first and second digital information relating to first and second products, respectively, and transmitting this information to a display device to be displayed thereon by user interface pages navigable by a user. Moreover, the method includes determining a current page that is being displayed on the display device and determining whether either the first digital information or the second digital information product is being displayed on the current page. When the current page is displaying the first digital information, the method transmits unscheduled updates of the first digital information, such that the current page dynamically displays updated first digital information. Alternatively, when the current page is not displaying the second digital information, the method transmits scheduled updates of the second digital information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to using a source of one or more monosaccharides derived from a pulp or paper mill waste by-product for propagating microorganisms (e.g., yeast or bacteria). If desired, after propagation, the microorganisms can then be used to ferment one or more monosaccharides derived from a pulp or paper mill waste by-product into one or more biochemicals. Optionally, a stillage composition can be included in propagation medium to facilitate propagation and/or a stillage composition can be used to facilitate enzymatic hydrolysis of oligosaccharides and/or polysaccharides in a pulp or paper mill waste by-product to form monosaccharides.
